Ordered an 8 inch square watermelon cake to be delivered within city centre and Han's Patisserie did such a great job! The delivery was quick and easy, and the cake was delicious. Lots of compliments from everyone. It is just the right amount of sweetness and very refreshing. We cut the cake into 12 decent sized pieces and I felt it was really good value. Recommended!

Stumbled into this quaint patiserrie while exploring Chinatown and bought a few cake slices, all of which were light and delicious. I highly recommend getting their strawberry & watermelon slice, double Hokkaido cheesecake & tiramisu mille crepe.

What a great place we discovered today! On a quiet street at Chinatown, this gem is all about flavour and presentation. We tried the matcha cheesecake and a dessert with wine rice. So delicious, fluffy, delicate and perfectly balanced. We'll be back.

Very delicious cakes. This is the 2nd time i went to this place and try other cakes. The view of the bakery is very beautiful. I think the most famous and delicious cake here is strawberry and watermelon cake👍👍

I’m surprised that this place isn’t more popular! The watermelon cake ($8.50) was really well executed (heaps better than matcha house’s)! ✅ Even layers of cream, cake and watermelon ✅ The cake isn’t particularly fluffy or soft, but I understand that that might be necessary to hold the watermelon ✅ The cream is light and just very slightly sweet ✅ Overall a refreshing and light cake, really easy to eat The matcha mousse cake (at the back) was so good too! Don’t be put off by the strange green, the matcha mousse has a balanced bitterness characteristic of quality matcha desserts. The chocolate tart underneath is also rich and really smooth. Quality of ingredients really come through.

Cakes are really delicious and the staffs are friendly. Strawberry and watermelon mille crepe tastes very refreshing, and the green tea one was very flavourful. A really great place for a dessert fix in Adelaide.

The cake I have ordered and eaten were moon cake with watermelon inside and millie crepe cake. My wife ordered watermelon fruit cake for my birthday. The cake was beautiful at the first sight with some flowers and pretty decorations. The size I ordered was 6 inch but it seems like it is enough for 2 people or more. The millie cake are available with other flavours such as matcha, durian, black sesame, strawberry, tiramisu and so on. We would like to order more for other events as well. The staff are able to speak Chinese. I am not Chinese speaker though. Anyway, the total experiences here was nice. Some tables u can enjoy having a chat with mates. I would visit again.

Its my birthday this time so my husband ordered my favourite cake ever which was a durian cake, sooo flavoursome, perfect sponge and perfect amount of durian. I have bought many times from this lovely store. Tried many flavours of the pastry. Lotus and yolk pastry is the must-try, and the new Japanese double cheese cake is amazing, but my favourite is absolutely watermelon fruit cake. Very friendly and patient staffs. Last time I just said it was my birthday and the young lady give me the candles for free. How sweet!!! Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends as well.

My husband and I went in to the city for the first time in a year, and had coffee and cake at Han's Patisserie. The raspberry and lychee layer cake was a delicious treat. Fresh and fruity, and looked beautiful too. The coffee was perfect as well. After we left, a kind couple in Wright St stopped to help us change the flat tire on our car, and the girl mentioned that Han's watermelon layer cake is famous. I think we'll have to go back some time to try that one, and the traditional rose jam pastries! Yum.

Tucked away in a quiet street this was a surprising find. Good quality cake and coffee.

I bought a "last-minute" birthday cake on the day I needed. Although the shop was closed on Monday but the staff was very helpful that he prepared a cake for me to pick up from the shop while they worked on their order. Only watermelon cake was available at that time, but it didn't let me down. Everyone loves it as it was light and refreshing. The watermelon, fresh cream and rose scent were beautifully matching. 😋
