Honestly it’s nice cake but the communications between their staff and customers are poor. I prepaid for a birthday cake and candle but the staff forgot to give us candle on the day we picked up. We found it lately and there’s no way to call at 10pm. Then I asked for the refund of candle as we didn’t need the candle at all. Interesting parts: One of the staff told me that she’s the manager but company doesn’t do refund from business account to any customers account. She wanted to return my money from her own bank account. I said no as I don’t want anyone has personal losses. Two days later I called again to ask for refund as I can’t come to shop for cash return. A staff told me that their accountant will process it for me in next week. I am fine with this, but remember one girl said she’s manager and the company can’t return to me money from business account…..did she lie to me??? How it be so different? And If I don’t call I will never know I will get refund next week?

Honestly the cake was very delicious, the best I've ever had in Adelaide. The durian puff is absolutely very good and their customer service was also very satisfactory! Will keep coming back!

I have had Egg Tarts fresh on the streets of Hong Kong and I have to say the one from Mr Cheese takes Egg Tarts to a whole new level. Pastry was perfect and the custard part was just right!!! Will most definitely be going back for more. Looking forward to trying their other cakes next time. Extremely polite and friendly service !!

We sampled the Macha Cheesecake and Chocolate Cheesecake and both were delish. You can really taste each respective flavour and the cake was light and moist. We bought the chocolate one and an original cheese tart. The cheese tart was yummy at room temperature and the pastry was buttery. The shop’s dainty and cute with little trinkets and touches.

Just bought the cake today the quality is not as good as the time that I bought when the shop first opened. The bottom of the cheesecake is not as fluffy as I expected seemed to be too wet. The texture is not consistent throughout of the cake.

I ordered a 12’ matcha chiffon cake from Mr Cheese. The cake is stunning! The cake is moisture, the cream is so fresh. Everyone in the party loves it!!! Mr Cheese also provide the cutlery sets for us. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!!

We bought a chocolate cheesecake yesterday and wow it's yum! It's so light, not too sweet but in the flavour we could definitely taste the chocolate and cheese perfectly combined. We were skeptical at first because it just looks like a plain sponge cake but once you eat it, it will melt in your mouth!

Amazing everything, their Cheesecakes are so soft and fluffy and all their cheese tarts are amazing. I've just recently tried their new cream puffs too and they are THE BEST! Definitely go for the cream puffs if they're there!

So glad that we have Authentic Japanese cheese cake in Adelaide. I m very fussy on desserts and Japanese cheesecake was one of my fave .Taste delicious! Not overly sweet .Fluffy and airy texture as expected . Tried original and matcha favours, then both good .Introduced these to my husband who never had Japanese cheese cake in his life , he then fell in love with it .

It seems to be 15 dollars a whole. I bought a slice at the bakery before 4.5 dollars. If you can replace the flashy handbag with A piece of tableware is fine. After all, even if the cheesecake shop buys a slice for $3, it will ask if you need a bag and tableware. I used it to eat or not to look at it. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is not good.
