Aside from their wonderful bread, their wagyu beef rolls are amazing.

Their baguettes taste like being back in Europe and very reasonably priced. Their sweets are delicious and I always end up buying some (even when I try not to).

S. C.Been a regular customer just about since Emma opened. The bread is first rate, and having tried several varieties settled on the Flinders Ranges Sourdough it is outstanding bread. The true mark of a quality product is the consistency and with bread when you buy 2 loaves a week well you want that - no need to worry there. As for the pastries ooh la la, sacre bleu, c'est magnifique the custard croissant is just oozing with milk based custard creamy mouth watering and can I have a baker's dozen please. Do yourself a favour!
t. h.Perfect loafs, like really amazing, if you haven't tried one you must, you will never think of bread the same again.
If that's not good enough the croissants are so buttery and crisp at the same time that I can't look at other crossiants in the same way I use to. On top of that doughnuts and tarts out of this world, like if they had a bakery in heaven this is what it would be like.
Amazingly all this goodness is tucked away in little Bowden. Everything's baked on site and on weekend's and Wednesday and Friday evenings there's a market out front, how good is that!
K. M.The Lost Loaf is a beautiful little bakery found in the Plant 4 warehouse. The baked goods are to die for, and their fruit bread is next level (smother a couple of toasted slices in butter and be prepared for the awakening). Do yourself a favour and pop in during their opening hours for some baked bliss.
