This place is every bit as wonderful as the other reviews say. Very popular little spot but those staff just plug away and get the job done with the biggest of smiles and the greatest of patience. The coffee was very good, and there's a great selection of alt milks. We loved checking out the vegan hot dogs, which one of my kids proclaimed to be the highlight of the whole long weekend. It's busy but there's lots of seating and staff are quick to clean tables between users. Simple country setting but there's something for everyone. We absolutely loved stopping here.

We stopped by Arthur Clive's Bakery Café when travelling to Warwick. Everyone like not hungry and we started with drinks, then when back to get the cake and then went back for the pies. We are glad that we visited here, which was established in 1936 and sure many years to come.

We stopped on our way through to pick up a loaf of bread on a friend's request. It is right on the highway as you pass through Aratula and the bakery was doing a good trade with passing travellers stopping for a break and a meal. They have plenty of fine bakery fare and hot foods for a welcome meal. You can stop for a dine in meal and there is plenty of easy parking nearby even for caravans.

Good range of pies and the chicken Mornay one that I had was delicious. Excellent range of sweet bakery goods as well. Lots of old favourites like the very good white chocolate and raspberry muffin, but also a few imaginative things like the salted caramel cups. Good coffee as well. Great stop before or after cunninghams gap.

Stopped by one weekend and it was absolutely packed, despite the line going out the door, it moved quickly and they were constantly cooking new pies. I absolutely loved the food, and hands down probably some of the best hot chips I've ever had too.

We always stop here before going over the gap. It's a lovely bakery, today they had almost run out of pies so we had a savoury mince toastie which was very yummie!! (Because they put butter on the outside of the toastie...yes!!) Their range of cakes and sweets also 😋

Stopped here for a Pie on a recognisance for a bike ride I'll be running past here in October. Found the staff to be friendly and the establishment clean and tidy. I had the "Lamb & Rosemary" pie on this occasion as I Loooorve Lamb. Found a pie that cost $6.00 could have been bigger and better, but overall not bad 7/10. On my visit I overheard others commenting on the enjoyable coffee so I might give that a go next time.

This place was lovely and the staff were friendly. And most important, I just stopped here for fuel and something to eat, but the works burger I had was magnificent. I was starved since I'd had a McBreakfast, which was very disappointing, so having a real, hot off the grill, juicy burger like this put a huge grin on my face. The only issue is, during midday quite a few people stopped for fuel, but there's just the one fuel pump, so be aware of that if you drop by - but in my opinion, you don't want to just drop in for fuel and rush off, it's very much worth it to stop, have a snack and check out the gorgeous view before hitting the road again.

This would have to be one of the best bakery's I've been to in a while, always was a firm believer not to go to a bakery after 12pm, but this bakery blew that belief right out the window, pulled in there mid afternoon and everything was still fresh,just like it had been pulled out of the oven at 4am, not to mention the staff where absolutely amazing, so friendly and kind. Will definitely be going back for more.

A must stop if your travelling past. Or a great day trip to fill the freezer. Best Lamingtons ever. Brought for two events that we were attending over the weekend and had everyone going back for more, including us before we left the car park. Such nice staff, awesome menu. I'm quite a bit of a pie conossuir, and it was delicious. My partner got a brioche breakfast burger and it was so scrumptious. Food and drinks were prepared on good time. Lovely polite staff and free BBQ sauce! Couldn't ask for better. Nice and plenty places to sit inside or outside front or in back garden.

Absolutely beautiful place to stop for lunch on a weekend drive. So many delicious options to choose from. The zucchini slice was very nice but the absolute best thing was finding a face cookie! First time stopping in - Great food but very disappointed in the staff working today. The ladies were yelling very loudly about all the customers that were coming into the store to get takeaway through lockdown. It was incredibly uncomfortable to be in the store and downright rude!! Disgusted!! And yes, everyone was doing the right thing. Had masks on, distanced and compassionate about the situation. Just very unprofessional in my opinion.

Wonderful range of bakery goods and a nice little stopover on your way through for a bite to eat. Small service area, squishy to line up waiting to be served as we were obviously there at a busy period. Plenty of seating outside. Unfortunately the young counter girl didn't smile, nor did she seem happy to serve us which ruins the experience being our first time visiting.

We stopped at this bakery 3 days apart. The first day we bought sandwiches and a apple & cream turnover to share. Also had a coffee each. Sandwiches were ok - nothing special. Apple turnover was also ok - have tasted better. We were both pleased with our coffees. Two days later we bought a loaf of white bread and we each had a savoury mince toasted sandwich. The savoury mince sandwich was delicious - highly recommended. The bread we were to discover was very ordinary. Didn't keep fresh. Would definitely not recommend the bread. We were very pleased to see staff on both occasions wiping down the tables and keeping the seating area clean and inviting.

Came in this afternoon on my way home to Brisbane from a bushwalk at Cunningham's Gap. Was happy you were still open as other places had closed. I had the chocolate éclair pot. I loved it. One of my favorites. Was happy you had my favorite earl grey tea as other places only have English breakfast. Good on you for having a diverse range of foods and beverages, especially your home made creations like the chocolate éclair pot. Good afternoon tea after a bushwalk. Nice that you are there and have good range of opening hours.

We were told they make great pies and sausage rolls, and the anticipation was huge, and the number of people eating and coffeeing there were many. Remember, this is my opinion. The pies a pretty good without being great. 3 of us there, 3 different pies, and I tried a little bit of the other 2 pies. The sausage roll was the same, ok but not great. The coffee was very ordinary, but that maybe down to the barristar having a rushed morning. Would we go back? Probably not.
