These cookies really are the best. They are forever consistent, and always hit the spot!
Although they're a big franchise it's really great that they don't fail to deliver. I got the 5 x white chocolate macadamia, 5 x Choc lovers, 5 x Choc chip cookies for only $10 too 😃
A. B.I had a custom triple choc cookie cake made for a corporate function, they had it ready the next day on time and the quality of the writing and decorating was absolutely superb. It was the first cake everyone completely devoured too, extremely tasty and my compliments to the baker!

S. C.Staff are very friendly and are the real reason for my positive review. Cookies whilst not offensive are super sweet. Savoury wrap/roll was average. Coffee was pretty decent.
Overall would defo return for a coffee and maybe a cookie and of course the pleasant staff!
S. D.Small side shop in the food court. 3 staff on Sunday morning. There is a kitchen but offering is limited. Croisants are ok but not spectacular. Coffee was quite good, however, and value for price. Would recommend for a quick pick-me-up and a fast coffee. Cannot speak to the rest of the case goodies but looms like sweets are abundant. Try it and you will find something you like and good coffee.
M.Was met with a smile and served promptly but the coffee wasn't great. I usually don't take sugar in my coffee, not even in instant coffee. I did today and it was still quite bitter after 3 sugar sachets. Not the worst but certainly not even average. I'd like to vote 2/5 but had to round up
A. B.Coffee and Cookie has been delicious everytime. Cookies crunchy yet soft on the centre, nice traditional home style cookies. Coles, Woolies and Subway cookies don't compare to the ones here. Staff are always very fast and friendly.
T. S.The coffee was great. No extra if you have lactose free milk, soy or almond milk. The double brownie frappe is to die for. I would highly recommend them

P. W.Mrs Fields used to be the only reason I went to Brisbane. I'm not sure what happened but we went there yesterday and the cookies in the cabinet looked like they were left overs from subway! They were so flat and gross. The service wasn't very good either. As a long time consumer of Mrs Fields products, I can honestly say I was pretty disappointed by the quality of the products and service yesterday.
