A great range of pastries, bread, salads and pies are available here. I had the sausage roll - 4/5 stars. The steak and mushroom pie - 5/5 stars. The salads are rated highly as well by a regular local. There is also a small seating area to enjoy your food. Definitely give this place a go!

Unfortunately l found it to be quite average. Average service and average banh mi. We tried the meat ball banh mi and l asked for extra chilli. I think they gave me extra but the chilli just had no heat to it and the rest of the banh mi lacked flavour. It was very dry too. We also got the bbq pork banh mi and that was worse and extra dry. The service we got was kinda grumpy too. Not friendly. Won't be going back.

Had the best pie in a long time here while waiting for Woollies to open. The beef mix was this thick velvety demi-glace like soup that was so moorish. Held together with tasty pastry that was moist and flakey at the same time. Worth a detour to try this rather unassuming strip mall hole-in-the-wall. And to the person who said they got grumpy service. This is how Vietnamese food outlets work... The grumpier the service, the better the food!

Great pastries here. It’s the best sausage roll I’ve had in a long time. The pies have a great pastry crust and are a very decent sized portion with a lot of filling. Not bland like many other local bakeries and highly recommended if you are in the area.

bakery and prepared vietnamese dishes like banh mi, vermicelli noodle salad and rice paper rolls. I've only had the salad bowl with tofu and it's pretty good. it's my go to if I feel like a light lunch and can't be bothered making anything myself.

One of the best bakery stores I've been to. Almost every day. Everything I've had there has been top quality. Fruit flans are so good. Everything is fresh. Great range too. Highly recommend

Always happy with the food and service received here. I've only had the Bahn Mi, Summer rolls and the noodle salad but these are always amazing and value for money... and I hate spending money on take away 😁.

Yes!!! Great pies, really NZ style, with good pastry and nicely made filling. Service could do with a little work, maybe a stepladder, and speaking at a volume that can actually be heard. Overall, it’s good
