This place is amazing I appreciate the friendly workers and the team leader they are very friendly and hard-working. I ordered a custom cake a while ago and it was decorated beautifully I was so surprised by looks of it and the taste of the cake. It was a chocolate sponge cake with the beautiful layers of cream and strawberry pulp in inside and the outside they printed an enable image that I asked for. The image quality was fantastic and it was beautifully decorated with fresh strawberries and some delicious chocolates. Thank You Annerley Cheese Cake Shop You Are The Best!

I recently visited this store and needed for a cake to be delivered the following week. In the past the store did the deliveries but now the deliveries are done by Uber Eats. I didn't anticipate this and was caught out and I was prepared to walk away however, the occasion for the cake delivery was important. I was guided through the procedure by the very pleasant and patient Ms. Prabhjot and I am happy to report that the cake was delivered without problem and put smiles on the faces and tummies of the people who it was intended for. A wonderful customer experience ! Manager Ullah - you have a wonderful staff member in Ms. Prabhjot and I thank you all at the Annerley store for more than just baking and delivering my order. I look forward to ordering through your store again.

We ordered and got a delicious pavlova for Christmas Day. Not many Cheesecake Shop stores do the smaller size pavlova anymore, but Annerley does, which is perfect for a very small family. Thank you to the Annerley shop!

I went in yesterday afternoon to buy a cake for a staff member who was leaving our workplace. It was very last minute and I had my kids with me to chose a cake for someone they cared for. My kids wanted the perfect cake but thought the mud cakes weren't fancy enough (they were beautiful my kids just wanted bling). The lovely lady in the shop added some gorgeous decorations and everyone was happy. We appreciate your patience with us. Big disappointment!!! Recently ordered a space themed cake for my son's birthday. Firstly, the design of the cake was incomplete even after showing them a sample photo of what we want. Waited there for extra time to get that done. Secondly and most importantly, we asked for chocolate sponge cake, but they gave us vanilla sponge. Very sorry to say that this is not what is expected from you!!!

Ordered a custom cake for my 21st. Cake looked amazing and very similar to the picture I provided, and also tasted great! Staff were very accomodating for my late order as I had to wait until last minute because of COVID restrictions.
