I walked in on the day of my 11 year olds birthday and they had her two favourite cakes in stock. When I couldn’t make up my mind, they offered to sell me two 1/2s. They then wrote me a custom chocolate cake topper on the spot for only $5! I thought it was just the best service ever!

Well the cakes are great and pretty much the same across the Cheesecake franchise. There was this guy however, who served us, he was absolutely lovely and made the experience a true 5 ⭐️ one.

I purchased a party rainbow cake online on the morning and picked it up at 2.30pm, it was stored in the fridge because it was fresh cream and for the last hour (5-6pm) it was on the dining table, when we cut into it we found it to be frozen inside which surprised me because I thought all cakes were baked fresh each day. The cake itself was very nice once defrosted.

I ordered a two tier double chocolate strawberry torte and on a very short notice they made the very delicious cake for me. The cake was perfect, it was perfectly decorated and tasted awesome. Thanks for your great service as always, appreciate it, definetly will come back again.

I've had nothing but great service from them and I order from them regularly through the company I work for. Very polite and helpful staff who always follow through on orders at the requested time. I have never had any issues with any of the cakes I have received and they always look as pictured and taste great.

They did my mums 60th birthday cake! Honestly it was such a relief to get it done through them and I wish I could leave a photo of the cake! After getting quotes of $200+ for a 30person cake with flowers on it And having cake makers tell me they weren’t that interested in even doing the cake because it wasn’t a wedding cake I was glad to come to this cake shop and have the cake decorator unleash her artistic talent on it! It only ended up costing $100

Poor service in terms of responding to emails and delivery. Staff are really unapologetic for stuffing up delivery time with pathetic excuses including traffic when google maps shows traffic is clear and it would take 5 minutes to reach, the fact that it was for a corporate event and future business was at stake didn’t faze them. The only reason I’ve given 3 stars is because the cake was as described and tasted really good.

I brought two halves of cakes a day before a friends 21st. They were amazing but they only lasted 3 days as we had some leftover and when we went to have the rest there was mould on the top..
