But Rule No. 2 surely has to be GREAT PASTRY.
Their Salted Caramel Tart has STUNNING pastry. I assume the Chocolate Tart will too. ✅
Many thanks. My baker grandad lectured us constantly about the need for CRUNCH as well as holding the filling without sogginess.

R. P.What an incredible experience! It has something for everyone.. whether it is an almond croissant, cupcakes, loaf of bread, or pies ready to go. One of the best bakeries in Canberra hands down. Coffee is from seven miles and the barista is excellent. Service is wonderful too!

A. F.Finally, a new bakery has opened at Ainslie shops! After the previous one's gone, my kids have been missing little treats before our grocery shopping. Now, our family tradition can start again.
They did a wonderful makeover. Deco was very stylish and warm. Even, there was a little eat in spot inside as well as outside. View from the seats was lovely.
Treats in cabinets were enticing. Bread on a shelf all looked so nice. Staff were very friendly and approachable.
Definitely, this is going to be one of our go-to bakeries.
D. B.Wow! I know everyone rates thier small, country town as having the best pie in Australia. I'm am very happy to say that today I had the best pie in Canberra. And as brash as it sounds, I'm even going as far as to say Best Pie In Australia. Will most definitely return!
