J. X. L.The Husk Bakery can be found at the Capital Region Farmers Market. While travelling through the suburbs with their van, selling premium quality baked goodies, the bakery are also available at a number of other markets. Their sausage roll and croissant are must haves.
J.The brekky burger was delicious, though I must say the cob stole the show. The staff were super friendly, and the service was particularly good - considering how busy it was. The coffee was good too.
H. M.I had a delicious brekky cob, with eggs, bacon and cheese; less than the full cob which I thought would be far too large for me. It was still enormous, and delicious. Yum. Ask for a very hot coffee.
с.One of the best pies in Canberra without a doubt. Had the morrocan lamb and the steak bacon cheese pies. Wow. Didn't even have to use my tomato sauce. Great customer service too Will be back!
K. O.I've tried a lot of almond croissants but this place definitely has one of the tastiest ones out there. Definitely worth a try. Butter plain croissants were a delight as well. A nice little gem to visit for sure. Will be back again for more!

C. D.I know the owners of Husk and have supported their small business from the beginning at the markets and with the Mr Bakery Van. I've got a super sweet tooth and love the chocolate crossiants! Can't wait to have a cob loaf asap!
T. S.Food was perfect. Service was great. A couple of very little things. No sources available/offered to us. No saucer for my wife tea so she had no where to put tea bag etc. No tea spoons
I know these are minor things but the complete the service.
Great food guys keep it up.
