I absolutely love shopping here! Every time I visit I find something fun to buy for my baking adventures. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful in providing professional advice. I loved the cupcake decorating class I did here and can't wait to do another course soon. It was so great and hands on and I learnt so much! There is simply no other store like it in the ACT and I can't recommend it more highly.

Im such an amateur baker, you would barely even call me that! I somehow got tasked with making my nephew his birthday cake. Called the shop and got one of the girls that was on today (I can't remember her name but protect her at all costs). What a gem! I was basically freaking out on the phone and she was calm and humorous, and just outright supportive. She told me Latorta had basically everything we needed so we drove out and picked up a ton of products to make my nephews ambitiously desired Mario meets Minecraft birthday cake. Everyone including the staff member did not have high hopes for me and rightfully so lol BUT the cake turned out as amazing as it could for someone working with fondant for the first time. Just wanted to pass on my gratitude to the staff member who helped and the sheer amount of variety the shop offers! Thanks to you, my nephew got his cake and loved it!! Well done team x

I enjoyed a school holiday course with my daughter. The lesson was great, very tailored and everything was provided. The teacher was very friendly too. We had a great time learning loads of new tricks.

I went in over weekend for the first time with a project to make my brother's wedding cake - having never done tiered cakes or using fondant these ladies went above expectations to give me guidance and get me fully equipped (despite the fact that I must have been there for an hour or two whilst it was busy!) - I had a lot of fun developing ideas and walked out feeling a lot more confident to take on this project. After having seen their range I jumped on to the online store which is easy to navigate to get some additional baking and decorative equipment... I couldn't help myself... and the order was on my doorstep the next morning along with a text to notify me despite living over hour away! I couldn't be happier with the service from Latorta and their team, I'll definitely be back! :)

Great store. Bricks and mortar places are usually more expensive than online, but after hours of research I found their prices comparable to what I could get from the web. Excellent advice and support which you can't get when buying online.
