You can get solid vietnamese iced coffee and traditional banh mi. A classic banh mi (standard pork kind) for $10, and a fancier one for about $13. They are on a fresh crispy bakery roll. A little steep $, but it's good to support a local business.

The food at this place is great, but the service is ordinary. I went in today and there was one rice paper roll left, which I ordered. A person came in a few minutes after me and also ordered a rice paper roll and the shop assistant said that I had bought it, but then when she was serving gave it to the other customer and told me that she would make some more for me. When I tried to cancel because it had taken 15 minutes- the assistant said ‘oh it’s almost done’ and so I had to wait some more to get it. When I did get my order it was not in a bag, so the sauce container broke, The last time I ordered here, I asked and paid more for pork crackling Bahn mi, but did not get the crackling - only noticing this when I got home. While the food is great, not sure if I can bear the service- there are good alternatives which are more reliable and quick!

Great food & we do love it, I wish we could give 5 stars. However, for the second time after requiring Uber Eats to home deliver, our sons lunch has been missing. Clearly stated on receipt & payed for. When I called, despite a sympathetic young staff member, you can hear the conversation in the background of a young supervisor saying they don’t care because they are busy. It then becomes Uber Eats problem (Uber did issue us the refund after calling the shop).

Been twice in the last week, there is no vegan option on the menu as such but they can swap the mayo out on the veggie one for sriracha. It's pretty fresh and I've felt pretty happy afterwards. Partner gets the pork roll when she goes and loves it too.

Standards are slipping but still exceptional. Previously 2 pieces of meat in the crackling pork bahn mi, now only one significantly thinner piece. I imagine this improves service time, which is also an issue - may be better off investing in an industrial grill rather than using fry pans. Great pate, sweet pickled daikon and the cooked-to-order pork set this bahn mi aside from others in Canberra.

My favourite place for my Banh Mi fix! Saigon Bakery has become my weekly go-to for Banh Mi, the rolls are soft and delicious, just the way I like them and the fillings are finely layered to perfection.

The BEST place to grab yourself a tasty Banh Mi and a treat to finish off. Staff are super friendly and kind. Have been a regular since they first opened and have always kept getting better and better. Working in hospitality isn't easy and these girls work their butts off each and every single day - well done team :-)

Have been a regular customer since they first opened their doors and have always loved their food. I've always been a big fan of their Banh Mi and in particular their crackling pork rolls and would say that they're the best in Canberra. Since COVID-19, I have switched to ordering through Menulog and their food is still top quality - no questions asked. I'm the owner of a small family run mechanic business and know what it is like to ensure all customers are kept happy. We don't truly know how hard someone works behind the scenes to produce quality food for their customers and at least we all have the privilege to eat at the end of the day. Thank you for making the best Banh Mi in Canberra!!!

This place! WOW! It seriously is AMAZING. The food is super delicious - I am one for the good ol' sweet treats, especially the lemon meringue pies and the happy face cookies and don't get me started with their Crackling Pork rolls... mouth watering and definitely hits the spot - if you're not afraid, definitely ask for chilli - it gives the roll that extra kick! Friendly customer service all round and the food is always fresh. :)

Banh Mi. These rolls are so good I’ll have to Banh Myself from coming every meal. Their Vietnamese pork Rolls are sublime. Fresh, tasty and just fantastic. Really they are excellent. I seriously think they should open up a franchise. The rest of their baked goods are also excellent. Plus they have Canberra’s finest selection of marshmallow and meringue animals. Catapillers, frogs even the old Marshmallow mouse in a cone. “But what about the pies and sausage rolls?”. I hear you ask. Well don’t worry they have that covered as well. Terrific pastry with the right amount of old school bakery flakiness with a filling to match. But seriously the rolls are out of this world excellent. Give em a go.

Update: been back a few times over the past three months and the quality is not what it was. No coffee available, cream in an apple turnover tasted dry and stale, meat pie was chewy and full of gristle. Old review: A wide range of old fashioned bakery favourites done well (and sometimes with a unique twist). Good coffee and banh mi make for a winning combination.

Best pork roll I’ve found in Canberra. Their coffee is much better than you’d expect from a bakery too. I’ll be coming back to try some of the cakes.

Best Banh Mi! I wish they would stay open for longer though! Banh Mi isn't just a lunch dish and I can never get it at dinner!

Best chicken banh mi in Canberra (not tried the other fillings yet) - really well balanced and the bread is made fresh!

Banh-mi with pork crackling is unbelievably good. Beautifully seasoned pork and nice fresh bun. Cronuts are tasty and fried with a deft touch - a nice snap when you bite in, but still flaky. Fantastic.

Amazing service. The owner here is very friendly. This Bakery has all the favourites like Honey roll, lamingtons, mint slice, florentines, coconut slice, neenish tarts. All the food takes me back my childhood days. I am working my way from one side of the shop to the other. Love this place.
