C. S.I grabbed a tandoori chicken roll on my way through town. The bread was fresh and I am pretty sure it had real chicken (unlike the processed stuff you find). I enjoyed it.

A. J.Don't know if they make their own pies, but they certainly taste like it. We had Chicken & Vegetable, and Steak & Mushroom. Both were very tasty, full of real meat & veggies and not too much gravy. Worth going back again next time we pass through town.

S. B.Just on the way through and stopped to grab a bite, something simple, a pastie. I must say for such a simple food it was the best I'd had in a long time. They had plenty of sweet pastries as well which were definitely hard to say no to.
J. M.I travel to Lorne each September and always call in to this bakery. The y have great hot food and cakes so delicious you won't know what to choose. I end up with a few cakes as I can't make a decision. Definitely worth stopping.

Haven’t tried anything else from here but the Jelly Slice. I’m a harsh judge but this is the best Jelly Slice I’ve ever had... and ai’ve been to a lot of country bakeries in my time. 😉👍
