Bethany Claire Cakes designed and created our wedding cake recently. It's was a huge, intricate 5 tiered cake resembling the City of Mina's Tirith from LOTR. The final product was incredible and so many people complimented us on the cake and asked who designed it! We had inquired with other cake designers previously and they all thought the design would be too difficult. Furthermore, Bethany Claire cakes contacted the reception venue for us and coordinated transport for the cake. People also loved the taste and flavour of the cake, it was a white chocolate and raspberry cake. We will definitely be using their services again!

Ordered my nephews birthday cake last minute and I was very impressed with the final result. I wasn’t expecting too much since it was a last min order but I appreciate the hard work and incorporating circus colours requested. The taste of the cake was another thing....absolutely delicious! Bethany Claire is a magnificent chef, baker, teacher and caterer. I have experienced all these qualities and abilities first hand. Bethany Claire Cakes have featured at many of our family's birthday parties and wedding celebrations. The cakes are show-stoppers and so delicious. We have used Bethany Claire for catering large corporate functions and smaller occasions. Each time the ingredients and food are of the highest quality and so beautifully presented. There is always a sense of occasion when Bethany Claire styles a table. As a teacher of baking her skills come to the fore and it is evident that Bethany Claire has been formally trained. I would not hesitate to give the highest recommendation for Bethany Claire Cakes.

Beth made our wedding cake and afternoon tea for our wedding guests. All her baked goods are so delicious that family and friends were asking for the recipe! I had to say that it was all Beth. She created a wonderful wedding cake and besides that cake being delicious she created extra cakes for our large number of guests to ensure that everyone was well catered for. Beth is amazing at taking all our fav flavours and preferences & turning out the most amazing creations- beautiful to look at and equally delicious! Some of my personal favs have included a Caramel chocolate biscuit mousse birthday cake for my sister, An epic toffee croquembouche for my hubby’s bday, Coffee custard eclairs, Chocolate caramel pistachio slice & the list goes on!
