Great coffee and great staff. If you live in the western suburbs, check this place out. Franchises can have the perception of being impersonal and structured but this Bonbons seem to care for their customers just by the way the staff treat other customers.

Fantastic bakery the sweets and savoury’s they have are yummy and presented well and absolutely beautiful coffee. Full credit to the friendly service staff as well, it is very delightful to see happy smiling friendly faces early in the morning and throughout the day and evening. This is one of my favorite hang out places in and around Brimbank. I love the taste of majority of their beverages, especially coffee. The best ever savory and sweet snacks we could get from anywhere else. Favorites include porkfloss buns, hotdog buns, danish buns, donuts, cookies and so on. Must visit place and should try the varieties.

Overall: 4/5 One of my favourite local bakeries, that serve only the best delectables, both sweet and savoury, yet I’ve never tried their coffee only until today. They allow card with no minimum compared to in the past, so makes it a lot easier to make a purchase on your morning walks with minimal weight. Ordered a Dirty Vanilla Chai, but should’ve gotten soy milk for that nutty element that I prefer in any of my hot drinks. It still tasted, however, delicious. The aroma from the coffee and vanilla were tingling my nose and tongue but not overpowering the star of the drink, the chai. Spices were not too overpowering but still got that kick, which blended in really well in the foamy creamy milk.

I bought 4 doughnuts for $12 and it comes with a free small cappuccino. Customer service is excellent and it is one of the best bakery that sells quality food. I loved the green tea flavour and the custard which is not too sweet.
