Chocolate croissant! At last I’ve found something I like at this store. Plenty to choose from and I’ve tried a few things over the last few months and this was the best. Although I did like their donuts. I also bought a box of donuts which were put in a beautiful box for me to take to my friends house for afternoon tea. Staff are friendly l but I’ve also been spoken to quite rudely so it’s a bit ‘hit and miss’. My girlfriend ordered a takeaway coffee with me and it wasn’t hot. They did replace the coffee when we let them know. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at this shopping centre.

Been coming here off and on for years now and whilst the range has changed the quality has remained to the same stellar standard. Coffee's perfectly textured and they use an excellent bitter blend well suited to cappuccino, with consistently fresh beans. The bread is as you'd expect of a bread top type dealio slightly sweet, fluffy and well prepared. Can't say I've ever seen a venue with such excellent consistency over such a large period of time.

I often come for a chai and a snack. The service is fast and the food is consistent. My favourite snack is the tuna boat and the last cake I ordered from here was for my daughters birthday 🎂 🎈 and like majority of their range it was attractive and pleasant to eat. I will continue to frequent this place.

I love BonBons coffee, and I love their doughnuts. Always chewy and my son loves it too. I also have their member card so after 10 purchases I can get free small coffee. Always a favourite :) This store has plenty of chairs too, no matter in Westfield or the other one in Craigieburn!

The French donuts are excellent! Miss the Russian bread which was the best item they had but they no longer make it. Breads can be a bit sweet for some, are in that sweet style but the kids usually love them. Especially the ones with the sausage/frankfurts in them.

Best bakery to sit with my son and chat and the food is good. Cupcakes however I must have gotten one that didn't get rotated for over a week.. it wasn't the best but everything we had from there cabinets were so fresh and amazing

Always a yummy treat to be had here and my kids love the odd occasion i suggest we go in for afternoon tea. Reasonably priced and impressive selection of sweet and savoury but we can't go past the french doughnuts! They're soooo good!!
