Kate's cupcakes have to be the best I've ever had. Super light and fluffy and perfect amounts of flavour. And they actually taste like what there named. Jam Doughnut, Snickers, Mars Bar, Cookies n Cream etc I also received amazing customer service to top it off. I'm so glad I brought more than I needed today😁🧁🧁🧁😋

Delicious cakes, timely delivery and super friendly customer service (Flagship store) - I have ordered from Cake Creations by Kate multiple times and they are consistently great! Our families and guests enjoy their cakes, cupcakes and macarons! Yum! Thank you also to Olivia at the Point Cook store for your friendly service when I picked up my order— I was enticed to get 2x boxes of 6 macarons. Great decision and an addition to my orders. 😊 See you at our next occasion or our next “just because” purchase!

“Fabulous, so amazing” - from the birthday girl. Grateful for the quick turn around for a custom cake that was better than the sampled pictures. Delivery service was fantastic, the man who delivered it was very friendly and gave great storage/serving advice. Texts with updates/reminders is a great service.

Yum yum yum! This place would have to have the best cupcakes and macarons I have ever tasted. I surprised a lot of friends with these over lockdown and it really brightened up their day. Very moist and delicious cupcakes and so fresh. Macarons perfect too. Highly recommend.

I ended up in Point Cook completely by accident, because I have amazing directional skills and was supposed to be at Sanctuary Lakes 🙄😂 Anyhoo, I thought Id take advantage of it and wander around a bit. So I heard the cupcakes calling me and decided to check it out. I got four and they came in this cute little box, I taste tested two and saved the other two for later...I mean...for someone else, because sharing is really good you know. Holding out is NOT good, its very bad. They were, fluffy, light and the butter cream was perfect. Delicious!

I'm on my second order with Cake Creations and wow, what a wonderful business.. They came all the way from point Cook for only $15 delivery. The cupcakes are to die for, chocolate Nutella is a personal fav. The macarons are delicate and flavourful. They even delivered on Christmas eve! Such a wonderful business, highly recommended. You honestly can't go wrong. The only downside is that they need to open more shops throughout Melbourne asap so everyone can enjoy these delicious treats!

I ordered a cake for my first wedding anniversary. The whole experience was so smooth from the ordering to the delivery. Because of lockdown I was a bit hesitant about ordering without actually tasting anything from there but the final product was as I wanted it to be to the T! I have nothing but positive feedback from my experience with Kate & business. I ordered a number of boxes of mini cup cakes & macaroons over the last month to celebrate my kids bday parties(due to COVID there were more gatherings then usual!) Kate was so helpful providing me with genuine support & care in making my orders even when i thought i was being annoying, including catering for my Gluten Free needs & making a customised picture on some cup cakes. Everyone loved them & the Gluten Free ones were so yum! The delivery process was smooth & when they had to be left at my door were even put in a Coles insulated bag to keep them cold! I will definetly use Kates business again & highly recommended it to everyone! Wish i took more pics! Forgot the customised Trolls ones!

The attention to detail, the flavours and the intricate decorations on the mini cupcakes were testament that Cake Creations really cares and takes pride in their work and the customers needs! Cake Creations by Kate never seem to dissapoint. I bought a custom cake for my daughter's 1st birthday last year and again a custom cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday last week. I was just blown away, the cakes always turn out way better than expected. Love, love, love the flavours aswell. So moist, fluffy and taste fresh, love it. Excellent customer service and very good response time. This is my go to cake store from now onwards 😍❤

This is really a review for the kiosk in Craigieburn, but I can't find a place to leave a review for them and it's all the same franchise. These cupcakes are so delicious. The perfect size and very reasonably priced. The icing is always fluffy and light and sweet without being sickly. The lemon ones are particularly lovely.
