This shop is amazing. Very nice staff and great service. Unfortunately I cannot order through Uber Eats anymore as we had a problem with our order being we put in the wrong delivery address and Uber were totally uncontactable, when the driver was assigned, we rang him and he would not answer his phone. Fergusons are great and will continue to use as pick up only. Uber has let us down in the past but no more. I would in I was Fergusons perhaps revisit who you guys use as your delivery partners.

This is my "go to place" for coffee, near my home. The ladies here make the best coffee ever! Service with a smile, is what you can expect here.

Pretty standard chain bakery. I personally am not a fan of their pies; but everything else is great. Also, I don't buy coffee over a medium because it's too weak.

I called 5 days before my daughter's birthday to order a cake, thinking it would be too short notice they'd say no. They said it wasn't a problem. They had a huge range of cakes in every price range. We ordered a $51 rainbow drip cake. It was ready for pick up in the morning of the party and they helped me carry it to my car. They even gave my daughter a marshmallow as a treat while we waited. Customer service was above and beyond and the cake was actually delicious and so well presented. All of the kids loved it. Thanks team!

Satisfied with the food every time. Will only give 4 stars as their prices as well as every Ferguson Plarre prices are ridiculous! $4.40 for a sausage roll $5.00 for a meat pie. Any flavoured pie is $5.40 Who thinks that's cheap?

I work around the corner, and grabbing my coffee or iced coffee from here before & after my shifts have proven to be nothing but nice tasting. Very happy with their service too.
