Moved to the area over a year ago and this place is an excellent find. Meat empanada (pastry) is excellent, but you MUST MUST MUST specifically request the fried cheese and prawn empanada (made to order). The hot dog is ridiculously yum - defo not your average tuckshop variety - topped with generous layerings of avocado, tomato salsa and mayo. And the sweets, good lord! I’ve ordered birthday cakes and randomly picked whatever’s pretty from the display - shoutout to the standard alfajor and tres leches cake. (I never know what all the desserts are so a minor suggestion might be to label the food, please 🙃)

I would recommend this bakery to anyone who wishes to have a quality cake beautifully presented cake , I had my sons 18th birthday cake there last week and it was beautiful inside out. Are you kidding? This is THE place for excellent coffees and unbelievable cakes. How many varieties of cake are there in Argentina? Check this place out and you will know. Empanadas are aromatic and rich in flavour as well. My only negative is that it gets loud as sound reverberates inside. There was a party of 12 and they were shouting. We could not hear ourselves talk as the noise was bouncing around the walls. Annoying. But it is still my favourite for afternoon tea.

Im not much of a sweet tooth as i get older but this cake was so good not sickly sweet but fresh ingredients fresh cream and 3 fruits. He decorated it on the spot. Everything here is fresh and delicious. I usually get empanadas or pies but I tried the churasco burger ( made with thinly fried steak, avacodo, cheese and mayonnaise) yesterday and it was a taste sensation! Their coffee and cakes are also awesome. This is definitely a hidden gem in Clayton and a must visit.
