Great coffee for its price, things could be customised if you kindly asked them, like a bit of extra ice cream and chocolate sauce for milk shakes.

Pros - value for money - $6 coffee and croissant combo or $5 for a coffee with an egg, bacon, cheese roll. Pros - I tried the ham and cheese croissant which was delicious Cons - milk in the coffee was too hot (would have been over 70deg which burns the sugars out of the milk). Also, the coffee was a little flavourless. Summary: You can't beat value for money, and if they got the temp down just a little on the coffee it would be pushing up the rating towards 5 stars.

Great service and they are the only place that doesn't charge a premium for lactose free, soy or almond milk!

If you like a chewy cookie like me, then this is the right place for that! The cookies are just a bit too sweet, maybe if they used less sugar I know for sure that it would taste way better. But still the only place I could find that offers chewy cookies. I gave it 4/5, just because the staff were not very professional which made it hard for me to order. Two of the staff didn’t understand me at first, so they called for another one that took her a second to get what I was asking for. Apart from that I loved their cookies and everything else in general.

I've probably visited most of the Mrs Fields stores around Melbourne because of the nature of my work (requires a lot of travel) and because I love brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Their staff training is good because I've always found service to be excellent, which is one of the reasons I rated them well. Yes, I find the cookies a little on the expensive side, but they are consistently tasty and sometimes you just want something that's familiar. A chocolate chip cookie and a cuppa in my Frank Green mug was perfect for the cool day we had last week. Mrs Fields is kid friendly (something for those little munchkins), wheelchair accessible and if you have dietaries - please speak to staff as they are happy to help. I will return.

The Cookie Cakes are such an AWESOME way to celebrate without the tired old way of ordinary cake after cake. Always fresh and consistent, they both surprise and delight when used to surprise colleagues or friends. I should know, I was surprised by one for a birthday and it was fantastic. The best thing is, they're easy to move around and easy to divide up for a large team at work and leave behind no messy plates to clean!

IF YOU WANT TASTY BISCUITS - THIS IS THE PLACE Mrs fields is a multinational brand that is consistently good. Although not the healthiest option, the biscuits are well baked with quality ingredients and go down very well with a latte :)
