Never seen a place that made fresh pretzels in front of our eyes. It was so cool to watch the staff prepare and roll out the dough and adding the toppings. On the day we got: - The Lot - Cinnamon sugar Although it did mention 10-15 minutes wait but the time went by pretty fast. Both smell amazing and best eaten when still hot/warm. It’s great that they have so many stores around too. Definitely coming back to try other flavours!

Excellent quality and taste. Great to see that they are being made fresh in front of our eyes. But clearly this place needs more staff. There was just 1 girl taking orders, making pretzels, packing orders and giving them out. I had to wait 30 minutes for one pretzel which is quite long..

Wide variety of sweet and savoury pretzels. Cooked to order in about 5-8 minutes so it would be best to eat as soon as it comes out. The taste is pretty good and serves as a good snack if you do walk past it. It's in the small alley way behind the business building and next to Melbourne central.

Accidently stumbled across Pretzel and my little one wanted something with pepperoni on it so we decided to give place a go. The pretzels are made fresh to order so expect a slight wait (10‐15mins) but it is all worth it. The pretzels being fresh are soft and hot! Will definitely need to come back to try their dessert range which seems to be what they are known for.

Worth visiting if you are in Melbourne Central for the pretzels or if you are into cool store deco. We ordered the cookies and cream pretzel. The pretzel was delicious, the dough had a chewy salty taste and the toppings were very sweet. Very instagram worthy.

Nice little shop in the CBD. Walked past last week, but there were so many customers, so I decided to come back early on another day:D a lot of different flavours/styles to choose from. Had Nutella and peanut butter oreo. I'll be having savoury next time, because it was, believe it or not, too sweet for me. But still very delicious for a mid morning snack!

Such a cute shop, love the design. My friends and I ordered the cinnamon sugar, cinnamon glazed and cookies and cream. They were so yummy, the cinnamon glazed reminds me of a cinnamon roll. You do need to wait a bit for them to make the pretzels as they are made fresh (around 10 minutes) but its not that bad and there are chairs and tables across the store.

First time ordering, but it won’t be the last! There was a delay getting mine because the poor staffer (frazzled but friendly) received a 150 pretzel order during lunch, but it was worth the wait! Can definitely say that cheese pretzel with mustard was amazing, and cinnamon with whites chocolate was ‘eyes roll back in your head’ good. Will definitely be back!

The pretzels are baked fresh (takes about 10mins) and are so delicious! I tried the pepperoni, bacon and jalapeno savoury one and the new jam & cinnamon flavour. I really enjoyed them both and can't wait to come back and try more flavours!

Cookies and cream is the best of the lot!😍😍😍😍 In savoury, the cheese and jalapenos is the one to go for! Do not try the peanut butter and oreo, it's too too bad. Unless you love peanut butter do not ever try it. The place is really good though and love the Pretzels here. Any pretzel with white chocolate is heavenly!

While the pretzels are delicious and the shop itself is pleasing to the eye - I'm quite disappointed how management believe it's a good idea to staff the shop with only one person while a long line of customers are waiting to be served. While customers are happy to wait for the food, it's not fair for staff to be placed under so much pressure.

Ordered pretzels today! Had the cheese and garlic and cinnamon glaze- both amazing! Relatively cheap and pretty reasonable wait time - only reason not a high rating is that the promo deal to get a free disposable camera with every purchase wasn't really honoured- we had to ask and it seemed like a hassle and annoyance to the staff. Also despite having two seperate orders, we only received one camera for being in a "group", which didn't make sense to us, considering there was two seperate payments, and four people. Disappointed, just because it means we didn't get to take more pics

Delicious pretzels and the staff member on was so lovely! Went in Sunday 8/11 at around 2:30pm and the gentleman was on by himself and it was crazy busy. He was super quick and efficient and was super polite to everyone.

FINALLY!!! I am so happy that you guys have joined UberEats! Have been wanting to go to your CBD location but sadly due to lockdown couldn't. Then found out you had opened shop at Doncaster!! But again, lockdown happened. 😅 so the minute you guys joined I ordered straightaway!! The pretzels were everything i had imagined them to be--soft and chewy and warm!! Beautifully presented and great to gift with the lovely baby pink packaging. Great to have Pretzel in melbourne!!! Been dying for auntie anne's which is nonexistent here so very happy that you guys are here! ❤️
