Quaint little shop which packs a big punch. We have used this place for cakes for a while and the last one was for our sons birthday. The lady who owns it is very pleasant and always has a big smile on her face. They also sell slices if you just need a bit of sugar ☺️. The parking is a bit tricky, it’s easy to miss as it’s down and alley just before the shop but if you miss it you can just go around the block and park in Ogilvie Road and just walk.

Just had the best pear cake from here. A great birthday cake with so much going on but not too sweet. A bargain at $41.50. Highly recommend and would buy again.

I ordered a cake here for a special occasion and it was great. I wanted something that was a mix of a Drip Cake and an Italian Rum Cake. I also wanted it to have height and the decorations to have a WOW factor. A tall order, haha. While another bakery had been recommended, I wanted to keep it local and the fact that Cakes Delight was open on a Sunday made things so easy. Because of hot weather, the cake needed to be refrigerated and no way did I have room in my fridge. No problem. I picked it up Sunday before the event. It looked and tasted great too. I could have ordered a smaller cake tho. We were full after our dinner so not much cake was eaten. Left over cake has been even more delicious as the rum soaked in. YUM! Thanks Cake Delight.

Cakes are Delicious, I always send a copy of the design I want and I’m never disappointed, beautiful presentation. Never gone anywhere else since. Everyone always compliments the cakes we get done. Customer service is lovely, very polite and helpful.

There are so many sweets shops around but their cakes are always nice and delicate which not over flavouring nor not sugary sweet. Cosy, simple and delicious Parking is hard to find as it’s located such a busy traffic road. Will back soon again

Been buying cakes here for over 10years. Tasty cakes that are not overly sweet. They can also get cakes made up relatively quickly, and they open Sundays! My favourites are the matcha cake and the grapefruit cheesecake.

Cake was well made and tasted very good. However be aware when paying by cards. I have informed prior for the payment, a surcharge for using credit cards were 3% for Amex and 2% for any other credit cards. The cake cost $50 dollars. When I paid with my MasterCard and the owner charged $54.75. $4.75 surcharge for a $50 cake. It's 9.5%...... I know it's not much money for $4.75 but it's obvious dishonesty.

Nice cakes, nicer owners. A little bit difficult to get parking in the area, have to park some ways away especially around the lunch hour. Parking is ticket parking on the steets close by, but it is definitely worth the cakes. Very fairly priced
