Beautiful little bakery shop in Guildford, the business was so good that people keep flowing into the shop. Their coffee is good and the bakery too. Strongly recommend their beef pie. Yummy! Sitting outside surrounding by this remarkable old town street alongside with others beautiful shops. Marked a perfect afternoon tea. Don't just left the place so soon after your tea time, remember to walk around the shops, perhaps you will find some cool gem or surprise like I did.

Their glazed pretzel donut <3 I'll be honest, I wasn't a fan of their filled donut. My friend said their glazed donut (really a pretzel) was the best and I am so glad I came back. I think it's the best donut I've had!

Stopped there for a coffee and pie. Bought a mint hedgehog as well. The food was terrific but the coffee left a lot to be desired. It was far too hot, which resulted in the flat white being very bitter. A bit pricy as well.

I agree with a previous review; they NEVER have enough original cinnamon rolls! Especially as they advertise them specifically on a sign outside the shop. It's incredibly disappointing to go in and discover they've sold out yet again before 10am, when you've traveled over 30 minutes on public transport for those sweet treats! Delicious when you can get them. I just hope the business considers stocking far more of a day.

The bakery is lovely and the pastries are all absolutely delicious. I personally recommend the pies, the bacon quiche and the custard horns. The only reason that this is not a five star review is that I have had several frustrating encounters regarding the cinnamon buns. They are absolutely delicious, simply divine, but darn difficult to get a hold of. I have even called ahead before to ask them to put some aside for me, but by the time I got there, they had sold them. The part that makes this even more frustrating is that they seem to have an overabundance of the sultana flavoured cinnamon buns. I can only assume these are significantly less popular because there are always several of them long after the plain variety has sold out. I recently went in and at just 9:30AM they had only a single plain cinnamon bun remaining, but had more than a dozen of the sultana variety. I think they need to seriously reconsider this as it has caused frustration a number of times. If I felt confident I could actually get what I wanted without having to be there first thing in the morning, I would come a lot more often, because, as I said earlier, everything they make is fantastic, when you can get your hands on it.

Excellent bakery with some very good items in their selection. Many must try items but one on my favorites is their rye bread, a lovely dark artisan loaf made fresh everyday.

Do yourself a favour and drop into Guildford Town Bakery and grab yourself a yummy gourmet pie or sausage roll and a sweet treat for later. My favourites are the Lamingtons, jam donuts and cinnamon scrolls. While your there, grab a coffee, hot chocolate, milkshake or iced drink. Great little locally owned bakery that’s been in the community for 20 years!

First if all I asked a assistant how much for a cream donught expecting her to say 3.50 but when she said 5.80 I was astounded and wondered whether I should pay that much. In the end I did and then when I pulled it out of the bag realised why they charged me that much. It was definitely larger than the one's I had previously had and it was so fresh and full of cream. I'd go back there again and buy one.

Nice little place in Guildford. Good place to sit down and have a cuppa with one of their baked treats. My Coffee was very strong even when I asked for a week latte and no sugar was added a bit disappointing. Will try it again to see if they can get it right. 😐

Was craving a delicious, crusty meat pie so dropped into the Guildford to peruse the offerings. A good selection that looked delicious. Went for the chunky beef and it was tasty. Only downside the base and crust was far too soft, the pie simply didn't hold its shape even when holding and had no crunch. Maybe just personal preference but a great pie needs to be a little rigid and crusty and not slop in the hands like a jellyfish or completely fall apart when eating. Also I now see why there are no prices displayed ... I was stung $7.20 for this sloppy yet tasty mess -1 Star for extortion - 1 Star for sloppiness

Traditional country bakery with some modern tasty treats. There is a laid back community feel here and the covered tables on the street offer a retreat from the heat. Definitely worth trying the pies which have crispy pastry.

Went to Guildford on a Tuesday for lunch and after took a walk through town and the bakery was the only coffee and cake shop open. Staff very friendly. Cakes and bread smelled great. Coffee was good. Cake delicious. Just what was needed on a rainy day.

At the very heart of Guildford between the shops on the Antique strip is this old fashioned Bakery. No modern fobery but the type of local bakery Baby Boomers sort out in there youth for a sticky bun or rich crusty Steak & Mushroom pie. A cuppa tea with scone, jam and clotted cream is a Sunday afternoon destination that's no secret to Perthian's in the know.

‘The Best Cream and Jam Donuts in Australia’ was what the sign out the front of the door that greeted me said. As I walked into the Bakery however, what I saw was what looked like a weird creamy hot dog, with jam which appeared to look like Masterfoods tomato sauce. Tasty though. 4 stars!

Busy little bakery which serves up great food. Pies and pasties were flavoursome and fresh. Sweets were tasty and light. The scones with jam and cream for $5.50 came out quickly and was about the size of my face!

Whilst the pies and pastries have never let me down, the pricing has. Its too expensive compared to what you'd get from the 3 other quaint little cafes down a few shops. A loaf of bread for $11... I mean even Mount Lawleys bakery doesn't charge that much!

The pretzel doughnuts are the best doughnuts in Perth. Doughy, yeasty, chewy, soft and glazed perfectly. And they don't cost $10 each like some overrated gourmet places.

Been here about a dozen times, average/middle of the road pie shop best describes this place. Pies pasties and sausage rolls are all quite greasy/fatty consistently with excess oil on the paper packaging. On numerous occasions I've had lumps of fat and god knows what in my pies, so quality of meat leaves a bit to be desired. I can smell the cheap cut of meat they use in the pies , chuck, skirt or something similar, average. Taste wise they are ok but nothing memorable nor fantastic either. And like other reviewers I've had product which I'm sure has been sitting around in the warmer for a while, not fresh. Not a store I would rush to, which is a shame.

Seriously good pies. You can forget jesters and all that rubbish. You need to get your chops around one of their peppered steak pies and you will understand what you've been doing wrong your while life. Me and my wife live in the UK and every time we come to visit Perth you can trust that guildford bakery is top on our to do list! That's no joke. Plus their lamingtons are epic! Haven't got a single complaint. If you have any respect for the great aussie pie, give them a try!
