Tried the cinnamon and 100s & 1000s doughnuts. Very tasty!

Made an order a few days ago, and Uber took a long time to get a driver out to grab our order. The coffee ended up being cold, not MSB’s fault. I let them know when I made the next order, and today the coffees were nice and hot, fresh and they added a treat to say sorry (even though it wasn’t their fault)!! Looking forward to getting out to the bakery once our quarantine stint is over :)

Fried chicken with maple syrup was the highlight where the sweet and savory combination was amazing. Nice ambience, reasonable price and spacious. It is a good place to go stop friends to have a nice brekkie and chill for a bit :)

The sister of the famous venue in Mount Lawley and never disappoints. Great atmosphere created by the friendly and speedy staff. Coffee was lush with sizable portions of breakfast, great value for $$. Very busy showing plenty of people putting their trust in these guys for their morning pick me ups. Highly recommend if you're in the city for coffee catch ups and breakfast.

What a fab place!!! The coffee is good, the pastries are always a tasty delight - doesn't matter what you buy - and the food is quite adventurous. Our first breakfast here we had the Fried Chicken Buttermilk Pancakes and the Omlette Prawn Nam Jim. The pancakes are a HUGE serving (feels like you get 1/2 a chicken) but tasty and the omlette was cooked to perfection. Like other reviewers have said, the outdoor seating and central CBD location is great but can get a little windy at times. Love how light and clean this place always is! The service is pretty good; most of the staff are friendly with a good sense of urgency although we have been served by one or two who are a little nonchalant and even pretentious. This won't stop us from going back though.

A sweet escape in the middle of the city. Love the cozy setting, great coffee and sweet treats. For me the doughnuts and cakes could be less sugary but the chocolate tart and cheesecake I tried recently were just right.

Great cafe for breakfast! Struggled to find somewhere that was open early Saturday morning, but found this spot and loved it. Great service, great food and coffee! Will return here for sure! 😁 I'd particularly like to return to try their doughnuts... They looked amazing.

Sadly the fried chicken and pancakes I came in for is no longer on the menu. However the cheese cake and cold brew coffee I had for breakfast were very good (breakfast of champions I know). The staff was very friendly and service was quick as well. As an FYI they now have a fried chicken on brioche sandwich instead.

Great doughnuts - incredibly fresh and delicious. Coffee was tasty, maybe one of the best I’ve had in perth. Atmosphere in here is great to work and enjoy your food. Staff were friendly. Only negative was that the longer I sat here the more amazing things I smelt and thereby wanted to buy... 😂

The coffee is really good and the donuts are amazing. Tried the special halloween donut and it had a pillowy texture and not overly sweet. This location can be very busy on weekday mornings so I'd suggest more of a grab-and-go situation.

Came here because I’m a donut fiend. They always have nee flavours come out every week and I aspire to have a donut from them every week. Not always possible but when I do get the chance, I’d munch on them fairly quickly. Oh Mary Street, please don’t stop making them.

I always enjoy going here. Today was a pretty cold and wet day, but the outdoor tables were protected from rain, and somewhat from the wind. The gas heaters are a nice touch, to keep the chill away. The staff are very nice, and the food is so good. A highlight is the hash browns for $8. So tasty and they are unlike any I've had before.

$6.50 for a huge slice of the best tasting Red Velvet I've ever had. Wow. The friendly waitress said that all their cakes and pastries are baked in house by French trained artisan chefs. Coffee was incredibly creamy and smooth but lukewarm as most fine coffee places are these days. I know that it can be warmer without burning the milk but anyway,,,, Service was warm and friendly with the exception of a gentleman working the floor. His attitude in rectifying a simple mistake the cafe made was the proverbial confessing and too cool for school The atmosphere is bright, airy and modern, a lovely feeling. Can't wait to go back for that slice and try the other cakes too!

Awesome coffee and bakery. This place is very popular so it does get busy mid-mornings and you sometimes have to wait, but it's worth it. Aside from the coffee, the folks at Mary Street have reinvented a lot of classic foods like Danishes, Doughnuts and even the sausage roll gets a makeover.

My go-to-home for coffee when I am in the office! Avoid the pastries not because they are bad but because THEY ARE SO AMAZING that you’ll keep going back and put weight in. Staff are friendly - coffee guys are nice! Have a chat and enjoy the blend!

Everything looked lovely and the staff were very friendly but I can't comment on the food or coffee because we never got the opportunity to try it. We sat and waited for someone to come and show us some menus but nobody came so we lined up and were told we could sit down as it was table service. A friendly girl came to take our order for coffees but they never came. Meanwhile we were waiting for someone to take our order for food but again, nobody came so we left and went somewhere else. A little advice if this gets back to the owner - don't bother offering table service if your staff can't keep up with it.

Tried a 'cruffin' which was the most delicious thing ever, croissant pastry with a custard filling and buttercream on top. The coffee was good, and service too - first place we went on our first visit to perth which definitely set some high standards!

Looooove all the great baking goods! Constant cravings. If you can get your hands on the apple overnight porridge, buy it! And lemon curd donut. Once tried the friend chicken burger and I could not eat it because of the amount of salt. But the service and understanding they gave were great so that was no issue

Best coffee place in the CBD. The donuts here are essentially crack cocaine so I suggest avoiding them unless you want head down a delicious, sugary path of self-loathing. Staff are friendly and professional. There is a girl that works there with tan skin and tattoos that I believe is my soul mate. As soon as she remembers my name during a coffee order I will immediately propose. Wish me luck!

Stopped by for a take way Latte and Jam donut. Latte was just right and the jam donut was filled with real jam throughout as opposed to jam donuts with a tiny squirt of jam flavoured sauce. Will be going again soon.
