A local gem! The German sausages and donuts are absolute winners. I also loved my chocolate crossiant. The quiche lacked flavour but the pastry was deliciously buttery. I can't wait to go back and try some more things.
K. B.
Delicious! Once they had fresh made salami pizza and vegetarian pizza! They use the oven to warm up the sausage and sauerkraut buns so it takes a little while but worth the wait!

Cute little bakery for a pit stop. I would recommend you go early as they sell out fast. Highly recommend the Gugelhupf they where delicious.

We stumbled across this little bakery as we were a bit early for a caves tour and wanted to warm up with a coffee. Spotted this bakery and popped in to purchase some goodies to take back to our chalet for a treat later that afternoon. Thank Goodness we did because we were greeted by the deliciousness that is the Gugelhupf!
The Nutella ones are to die for, and we wish we had brought more before we left :(

Didn't get a second hand lecture from a want to be government stooge.
Suspect they may discriminate looking at the abundance of signage but I had none towards me and the sweets were nice.
Anyone that's PC and gets treated otherwise please let me know so I can change my review to reflect the truth

Best gegelhurpf ever! Great sandwiches! Croissant was a bit too crispy. Friendly staff. Nice dessert! Very good cookies. Recommend this bakery!!! Gotta try it!!!
V. K.
Delicious food. Great service. Sourdough breads from the nearby wood fired bakery comes through here to. A highlight of our annual visits.

Chocolate Gugelhupf, Linzer Torte, Escargot Croissant, Chocolate Croissant were all excellent. The Quiche Lorraine, though good, was average. Prices are high, in keeping with the quality.

If you are heading to Yalingup or even Dunsborough, this place is definitely worth visiting to pick up some delish wood fired sourdough, THE most incredible fruit loaf and dozens of other amazing baked goods...including a Gugelhupf! Get it in ya!

Nice interesting bakery. I hadn’t had a Guglelhupf before this visit, truth be known I can’t say I’d heard of them. But now I’ve tasted one, “wow”
S. E.
Bakery is right next to the Caves House hotel. The Gugelhupf and vegetarian quiche purchased were both delicious
J. C.
Possibly the best chocolate crossiant I have had. A generous chocolate to pastry ration, fresh and Buttery. I have been trying to find one in Perth as good, but struggling so far.
J. S.
Fantastic stone baked bread, the white loaf is excellent, sourdough is very heavy. Delicious croissants and sweet treats too

This little bakery is a must-visit! I happened across it and was so in love with their Gugelhupfs that the next day I returned, and waited an hour for the Gugelhupfs to be baked so I could purchase some to take back for my family to try in Melbourne! I also tried their ham and cheese croissant which was the best I’ve ever had.

Stopped in Yallingup for a coffee bought most delicious, fluffy, light gugelhupfs (never tasted before). Ate two and then went and bought two more for my friends, they are so delicious! Thank you for a love service, will recommend to my friends your cafe and will be back with my Ukrainian friend in a few weeks for more👏

Found this place on Google maps while searching for fish and chips takeaway. Grabbed two sandwiches and two hot dog rolls on the go. The veg sandwiches were fresh, tasty and filling. Tomato relish gave the extra tanginess and we really loved it. I will be visiting here on my next trip to Yallingup 👍

Plenty of choices of cakes and pastries.
It's a cake away concept.
There is 2 bench outside to sit for quick bite.

Delicious quiches, German hot dogs with sauerkraut, sourdough. Friendly service. Definitely recommend ! No seating area but we ate so quickly we didn’t need one

The only place in WA that makes these amazing little German speciality cakes! I first discovered this when a German friend brought me here, and I absolutely loved it! The cakes come in 3 flavours - lemon, marble and chocolate... And they are ALL delicious! Brought my partner back here 2 years later, and they sold out again by 1pm. Luckily, another batch were being made, and we prepaid for one to bring home. A little pricey at $18 each but very worth it! Would have loved to bring all the flavours home, but couldn't justify spending that much!

Stopped in & bought those most delicious, fluffy, light gugelhupfs (having never had them before). Spur of the moment also bought 2 quiches for lunch. Both totally spot on. Thank u for most memorable lunch!!!! 👏
T. S.
Love this little bakery, great bread and amazing chocolate croissants and yummy hot dogs.
T. b. K.
Super cute and delicious bakery. We tried 3 different things and they were all good.
D. W.
We had the German hot dog followed by a fruit crumble slice. Whilst tasty we found the hot dogs not authentic as we expected. Sausage was shop bought sausage, the sauerkraut was yummy though. Slice was very nice. Limited range that you would normally get from a bakery.
I. J.
Insanely good.
We had a toastie late lunch first day, best toastie ever tasted like sourdough bread and emmenthal big for very fair price.
So we came by for lunch next day....perfection bread pudding, nice hotdog (warning he puts sauce on top bit messy but tasty german sausage) but the pizza was the prize way better than the pizza restaurant we went to night before.
Lovely little place, bright, colourful friendly open kitchen you see everyone beavering away hard.
Everything soo tasty!
B. Z.
Great pastries and the best gugelhupf I've tried! Can’t wait to go back
O. K.
Loved the coffee and my vegetarian pizza which was freshly baked
B. S.
Wonderful coffee, pastries, cookies and especially the best croissants I’ve ever had in a unique little shop. You should also try the Yallingup wood fired bread from the little bakery just 300 m away. Simply gorgeous l!!
J. O.
They have a great range of savoury and sweet food to choose from. The service was very polite and friendly. They have vegetarian options as well that are very tasty. We also had the best brownie we've ever eaten, it was gluten free, not that we have a problem with gluten it just looked so good. This will be a regular stop for us whenever we are down this way again from now on. I highly recommend stopping here!!!

Needing fresh bread, or a chocolate croissant, or two, then Gugelhupf is your place.
We walked in almost as soon as it opened and the smell was devine.
Highly recommend

This rating is being generous and only because the toast sandwich & Hotdog bun was nice was deli. No seating and not alot on display for a bakery for me.
Bought 2 sweets, one of them being displayed on counter round pastry with custard & jam. The jam was nice, barely any custard a thin layer can't even taste it and pastry was horrivle tough. Second was the crumble blaa the I dont know what it is but the pastry base and filing just don't mix right. Wont be revisiting sorry.

Best bakery in the Dunsborough area. I had one of their ham and cheese crossaints and it was the best one I have ever tried. Crossaints were fresh and crispy and reminded me of France. Great service. I will be returning next time I head down south.
M. W.
Amazing food with happy friendly staff, what more could you ask for.
We love it and are so privileged to have this little gem as our regular place to visit 😊
I. S.
Loved the amazing vegetarian sandwich we bought here, big enough to share a chock full of cheese and vegetables on delicious sourdough. We selected this from a range of other lunch time delicacies which made us wish we were locals so we could try them all! Friendly service by staff who obviously care about giving the customer a great food experience!
S. S.
This small bakery has some awesome sandwiches and croissants. If not for the credit card reader not working, and the guys working there taking for ages to try and get it to work, it would have been the 5 stars for sure.
T. T.
The Yallingup Gugelhupf bakery was scrumptious! We had a smoked bacon quiche and a pumpkin and feta one. A linzer jam torte, a gugelhupf and a chocolate, pear and custard tart. All of which was amazing!
L.
Definitely worth a visit he food baked is very tasty and fresh with the best French sweets and I would recommend getting the ham and cheese toastie the way they make it with the fresh bread makes a massive difference and I would recommend trying the chocolate croissant as it is delicious!

Tasty pastries, friendly service, quaint store. Filter coffee available. Worth a visit. No seating on site, but grab a selection of pastries and drive to nearby Smith's beach and snack on the beach.
S. T.
Above average croissant but the peach crumble was AMAZING! I kid you not, this was the best crumble I had in my life.
E. S.
Nice cakes or Gugelhupf as they call it. Apparently they are related to the Yallingup wood fired bakery!
The exterior is gorgeous for photos or those must have Instagram worthy photos.
C. W.
Great small bakery with lovely products, just don't have a great selection of goods, but the items they do have are of top quality and flavour!
C. G.
One of the best almond croissants I've ever had. And the bread was amazing
L. G.
A no nonsense bakery that offers a range of delicious bread, croissants and filtered coffee. The staff are all super friendly and the chocolate croissants are to die for!!!!!!
S. L.
This tiny weatherboard cottage houses a fantastic European bakery. We stopped for lunch of delicious freshly made sandwiches and left with a beautiful gugelhupf and slice of Linzer torte.
A. C.

Everyone always comes here for the fruit loaf... but I highly recommend th gugelhupf cake - I tried the vienna which has sultanas in it and it was delicious. Cash only
L. C.
Sensational. The bread is awesome, but the custard and jam filled mini gugelhupf are INSANE!!!
L. C.
Quaint and charming little bakery offering rustic wholesome freshly baked yummy treats and breads.
M. R.
Probably the best place in Yallingup to go to for breakfast, as it is simply amazing. The shop is small but it has all the essentials that one would need without traveling to Dunsborough.
D. R.
Between us we bought nearly 1 of everything and loved it all. The mini and lemon gugelhupf were delicious!
A. L.
Beautiful pastries. Has vegetarian options for those who are that way inclined. Easily worth five stars. Bring your wallet though...

Cute bakery

We ordered a ham cheese croissant and chocolate croissant. The chocolate croissant was one of the best we’ve had - crispy outside, lots of layers and delicious chocolate.
The ham cheese croissant was decent. Tasted like a Swiss or Dutch cheese instead of cheddar and was relatively light on the ham. Definitely recommend for the chocolate croissant.
