Rating: 9/10 Short review: Great food, good selection of sweets and bakery goods. Long review: I have been here multiple times, and each time it has been lovely. All of the staff are lovely, and deserve to be respected. All of the goods are yummy and I would definitely pay the prices they are! They are also really cheap!! Would recommend.

I've been going to Fuji Japanese Bakery since primary school and they are a staple local business! I love their sugary twist donuts and jam donuts, and have ordered birthday cakes from them for several years. Everyone is always so nice and polite :)

I’ve ordered a strawberry cake for my wife’s birthday. It had the perfect level of sweetness and moisture inside with the finest cream used all over. Easily beats any cake I’ve had at 5 star hotels around the world. Don’t get misled by the shop’s humble interior.

This is the best fresh cream strawberry cream cake I've tried in Sydney. The yakisoba bun is really good too. Would've been even better if they can set up some chairs and tables outside so I can eat them as soon as I bought them 😋

We tried the matcha scroll cake, steamed pork bun, steamed red bean bun, daifuku, matcha manju, the pork cutlet bun and the twisted donuts. Everything was delicious and fresh and the staff were lovely. Worth the drive and it's good to support a family owned bakery. Will definitely be back to try the goodies that were sold out when we visited.

I've been coming here for over 25 years, still has the same logo and layout and of course the best Japanese sweat cakes, donuts, and everything else. It's spot on accurate for Japanese taste and everything is made on site and fresh. 6 stars!

I make excuses to go here even though it is well out of my way. Their curry buns are to die for! I'm also a huge fan of their biscuit buns, red bean buns and steamed pork buns. The people are friendly and take their time with serving assisting and answering any questions.

Authentic fresh Japanese bakery (panya). So many tasty treats sweet, savoury and standard basic bread. This baker is the main supplier of fresh bread to many Japanese grocery shops in the neighbouring suburbs for good reason the bread is totemo oishi desu 😊
