Nadine was so accommodating for my wifes birthday cake, Nadine made us a Gluten Free chocolate cake with fabulous decorations and amazingly good truffles.... the cake on pickup was perfection, clear instructions on best served and enjoyed. Everything was perfection, highly recommend and will be using her services again. PS: any imperfections on pictures happened in transit, 100% on us. It was perfect.

Nadine provided the perfect cake for our wedding. She was fantastic in giving us lots of options as we didn't want a typically traditional style wedding cake (and we were kind of fussy). Thanks Nadine for making my husband Phil birthday celebration and my son Josh finishing Uni memorable. The chocolate cake with ganache was so fresh, and he is a chocoholic so all the chocolates on top and that ganache added to this cake being one of the best cakes we have tasted in a very long time. The Tiramisu Cake was also so delicious and fresh there was not much left over, your cakes are amazing! Nadine is in fact THE Queen of cakes. You can tell she has a lot of passion for what she does. She went above and beyond to make a personalised Key Lime Pie for a special birthday, that looked like an island, with a cruise ship to go with it. The taste and texture of everything was brilliant. I contacted Nadine from Scotland (UK) to arrange for some cakes to be delivered to friends in Australia who had just bought their first home in Smiths Lake. Communication was fab (Even though we were dealing with a 9 hour time difference). Nadine was so prompt and helpful getting back to me via email and nothing was too much hassle. She sent me pictures of the cakes once they were ready to be delivered and they looked delicious! Attention to detail was perfect. My friends loved the cakes! They said they tasted amazing. Even when my friends weren’t in for the initial cake delivery Nadine attempted delivery later on again in the evening once they were home. We also had a hiccup with international payment taking a bit longer than expected but again this didn’t phase Nadine. Thank you so much x

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Nadine on several occasions. We were not the easiest of customers as we had chosen cakes that would not be at all easy to make . This year I had accepted my birthday was going to be boring as I was halfway through a food trial but yet again Nadine worked her magic. I was surprised with the most INCREDIBLE gluten free Chocolate Cupcakes, iced with a dark chocolate Meringue buttercream and decorated with edible flower confetti and rolkem lavender crystals. Nadine is truly the queen of cake. She made the most amazing wedding cake for me and my partner, a tiramisu-flavoured masterpiece. As I am a coeliac and we had a dairy free guest, I wasn't sure what was able to be done. We recently had a short extended family holiday in Smiths Lake. The few days away coincided with our niece's birthday and I went online looking for bakeries or cake shops in the area. And lo and behold there in Smiths Lake is Nadine who makes cakes to order. I wanted something simple but tasty and we got that in spades. A beautifully light Victoria Sponge with a filling of strawberry and cream, dusted with icing sugar and a personalised Happy Birthday message. It was delicious and the proof was the number of second helpings and the empty cake base. Highly recommend if you are in the area and need a cake.
