A bustling cafe with good dishes and upbeat service. Been back a few times now and thought it’s time to give it a review. Recommended.

My new go-to Hunter's Hill cafe. I recently gave up on the cafe immediately opposite after I realised that none of the staff wore masks. Looking across the street today I noticed that the barista had their mask around their throat and another staff member had no mask at all. Good coffee, favourite is the flat white. Excellent fresh bread selection. Fast service.

My favourite pie in Sydney (so far) is the traditional mince pie here! Coffee is also always excellent and the sourdough to take home is great.

This place is awesome for breakfast. The team of stoneground bakery is friendly and they provide food with good taste. The major dishes are pies, sausage roll, ricotta, banana bread etc. Nevertheless if you want to have good coffee around hunter hills area then just manage some time and go to have coffee in stoneground. I am sure you would like that.

Great local cafe which is thriving and busy each day. Locals line up for great coffee, pies and fresh bread daily. Freshly baked bread is always amazing plus great breakfast options like their avocado bruschetta or Mexican breakfast. Bread sells out quickly by the afternoon. Their bakery cabibet contains new treats each time. Great friendly staff. highly recommended

I ordered a chicken burger that had a sauce that was spicier than expected. This was delicious, except I had ordered it for my 7yo son. When they found out, they made another burger with normal mayo without question! Great service and the food was yummy.

Omg, how i have missed the tomato mozzarella sandwich. It is the best you can get in Sydney. I wish we had a cafe up north who do them. The pastries are delicious too. Coffee is on the weaker side, so get an extra shot. Can only recommend anyone who is in the area to try their awesome goods.

I love this Hunters Hill Bakery. I stay just around the corner and it's so handy. Service is fast, breads are so beautiful looking, so I bought the seeded gluten free loaf. Fresh as and really, really nice. Great selections, always flat out with customers, I purchase all my pastries and tarts from here when visiting my friends and family. Highly recommend this great Bakery/cafe. I just love the choices and the staff are smart enough to always keep it interesting.

We used to go to stone ground very often. The wide selection of foods meant there was always something for everyone. The price was always good. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is to a high quality. Also great for family’s and there is outdoor seating for the dogs. The things they bake in house are also very good

Love the fact they offer to slice the bread for you and everything is reasonably priced. It's a little hard to compare the sourdough since I don't routinely eat the olive version and I have yet to try the plain sourdough. From the reviews, it seems to be their most popular and a little pricier than their regular sourdough.

It has been less than 3 months since opening and on a Thursday morning it was packed and full of buzz inside and out on the footpath. This is the quieter end of Gladesville Road but that means we can be easily lost in the aromas of the breads and the sweet temptations of the baked goods. The coffee by Will & Co comes in their adorably designed cups and is good, with or without some half sugar packets. The almond croissant is the paste-filled, then-baked style and is tasty. The brownie is moist and dark with chunky half-melted choc bits. On the day we visited a plate of mini desserts was available for a photo shoot for the Hunters Hill Street Feast, and by looking at the gorgeously colourful display cabinet, we will be back soon enough to savour every morsel that we can!
