a. c.I used Australian Catering Services at my 50th Birthday party recently. We had a sit down dinner party for 50 people at home. Michael and Brendan were absolutely awesome! So calm, and un-intrusive, and just got on quietly with their preparations. You hardly knew they were there, they were so professional and calm.
The food was simply outstanding. I have had so many comments from guests regarding the meals. We had a buffet style set up with 3 roasted and stuffed / herb crusted meats and roasted vegetable and salad choices. All my favourite foods, which ACS were very happy to accomodate and customise specifically for me. They listened to what I wanted for my dinner party, and customised it according to this, which I did not find from other companies I contacted. It was delicious, and presented beautifully, with multiple accompaniments to each dish.
They also cut and decorated each of the deserts made by my mother and mother-in-law for serving prior to leaving.
It really was perfect, and I cannot thank Michael or Brendan enough. In fact, I barely spoke to them after they arrived. Michael assured me he had brought everything he needed and I was just to get on with enjoying the party.
Please thank them both profusely from the bottom of my heart for all their expert assistance, delicious food preparation, and attention to detail. The kitchen was left immaculate, and I cannot rate them enough. In addition, they cleared the tables and washed up all the plates and cutlery. My mother-in-law advised me they even wiped down all my kitchen cupboard doors and splash back.
They will be my "Go to" caterers for all our future functions. They really performed above and beyond what I expected, and helped make my 50th birthday party a huge success. Thank you again ACS!
