Flamin Grillas catered for our wedding on 12 Feb. Roz was super helpful and organised in the lead up, and on the day, the food was incredible! The meats were all so tender, serving sizes huge and everyone is still talking about the potato bake! The team was so friendly, prompt with service and packed up discretely. Would definitely recommend for any type of catering! Thanks again ☺️

Roz and the team at Flamin Grillas are amazing to work with. The food was UNREAL!!!! But so was the service. Roz arrived and set everything up for us (disposable & environmentally friendly all round) so that we could continue with celebrating Mum's 60th. Every guest was full, and we all had a nice package of leftovers to take home. I would highly recommend Flamin Grillas for your next event. You will not be disappointed. Value for money - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Quality/taste - 5/5 An easy recommendation to make.

Sweet mercy, delicious food. We had the pleasure of being at All Inn with these guys providing the food. Pulled pork and brisket both had sensational flavour, solid serving sizes (although they didn't have chips, which was a minor let down), prices were not unreasonable. Service was friendly and laidback. Hopefully we cross paths again in future, otherwise I can but encourage others to enjoy.

Best bloody BBQ food vendor in Brisbane! I love it when the Grillas are in my hood and have even been know to travel for some of their phenomenal BBQ and burgers! The lovely couple that own the business always go above and beyond, I’ve even seen them give meat to a rival who lost theirs in a fat fire! Huge portions usually leave me not eating for a day. Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had and let’s say I don’t usually like ordering pulled pork but the Grillas pork is off the scale goodness! Hope these guys are around for many years to keep my belly happy 😀 Such a professional operation with some awesome gear!

Absolutely beautiful food. The owners and staff are lovely and always go above and beyond to ensure their food is of absolute highest quality. We travel 1 hour or more, quite regularly, to have Flamin Grillas (which gives you an idea of how amazing it is). Do yourself a favour and get some of their BBQ!

Absolutely recommend these guys to everyone! Food is impeccable! We have followed these guys for awhile now from venue to venue and across several events and they consistently serve up mouth watering food! Flavours are amazing, meat cooked to perfection. You can tell these guys have a passion for low n slow and have mastered a number of techniques. With a toddler who hates meat yet request's the pulled pork and chicken wings you know the food is good! These guys are all round legends and nothing is ever too much trouble. Looking forward to another killer burger and wings soon!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Flamin' Grillas Team over the weekend and I have to say, they have to be the most genuine people I have had the pleasure of working with. They contacted me, a small delivery business, to collect and deliver a heap of meat to their venue urgently after helping out a fellow vendor with stock after he lost most of his in a fire on site. Despite directly competing with this other vendor, they showed their class and willingness to help others by putting themselves at a disadvantage and making sure the other vendor was able to trade. What a bunch of legends! Gotta say... Sensational food too! Even got myself a Flamin' Grillas Shirt while I was there! You won't be disappointed if you visit these guys.

Great local business with an incredibly welcoming and friendly family running it. Highly recommend you give them a go at one of their pop up locations.

We got Flamin Grillas to cater our wedding last weekend for 120 guests (only just back from the honeymoon and into some phone service). WHAT A FEED, even the couple of vegans and vegos were happy. One guest is crazy allergic to gluten and it was the first time they've been anywhere they could eat everything on the menu. The guys even done us up some left overs for breaky the next day to ease the hangovers. Can't recommend flamin grillas enough, they definitely took away alot of the stress on the big day.

Over 24 hours later I wish I was still eating that pulled pork.. and the brisket.. and the kransky.. just so GOOD! Fast and friendly even with the busy crowds around (and I can understand why they are so busy!!). I will see you at the next event. Thanks for the great feed!
