Jaun from Spanish Paella arrived at 5.15pm to set up and start cooking ready to serve up at 7.30pm. The food was FANTASTIC and everyone at our party thought the same. We had the Meat & Seafood Paella and the Churros deal. It was so good not having to worry about cooking and cleaning up. Spanish Paella were very professional and easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much for making my party a success!! :)

Spanish Paella provided the catering for our son's 21st birthday party recently. They were excellent to deal with, responded quickly to our initial enquiry and were very professional. On the evening Raul arrived on time and set everything up quickly with no fuss. He was excellent to deal with (very authentic!). More importantly, the paella was delicious. We catered for 80 and had both the vegetarian and meat versions. At the end of the evening Raul packed left-overs into take-away cartons that were easy to freeze. Would definitely recommend Spanish Paella .

Wow, what can I say! This Spanish Paella was cooked for us on Saturday night for a party. Seriously it was the tastiest Paella we've had. I would ask for the recipe but I'm sure there are a few secret ingredients. Raul was amazing, very professional and also friendly. Absolutely phenomenal experience with Spanish Paella. Raul was professional, fun, flexible and intuitive to the the needs of my mums 60th birthday party. Raul was excellent in arriving on time and setting up everything to cooking the paella to perfect timing. It was delicious and a real surprise compared to the other paella I had tasted. We had Spanish Paella cater for my husbands 55th birthday for about 90 people. They were fantastic. They set up without any bother to my husband or me and the food was cooked exactly when we had asked, served beautifully and I received lots of wonderful comments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the paella. The staff were all very polite and friendly, and Spanish! Then they cleaned up everything, said farewell and were gone. Honestly, it was perfect. You might need to cater more if you have a lot of big eaters as the portion sizes were enough for me but some of the big guys definitely needed seconds! We had about 60 guests for my 60th birthday party at home last Sunday and decided on Spanish Paella from previous reviews. They were fantastic! Raul and Laura arrived on time and were set up in a few minutes. Everything looked spotlessly clean and professional. Then the fun began. They had their set up off to the side but very close so everyone enjoyed a chat and watching the paella develop. We chose a seafood, a meat lovers, and a vegetarian one (suitable for vegans). Every dish was just beautiful and followed by the hot crunchy churros with a subtle chocolate dipping sauce. They say the paella trays serve about 20 people each and that is a conservative estimate I think. They packaged up the leftovers, cleared away the mess and were gone. Everyone commented on the entertainment value and the quality of the paella. I would recommend the Spanish Paella team to anyone without hesitation. Their service and friendly manner was amazing. Spanish Paella catered for our party at home last Saturday night 4th Nov. They perfectly catered for 57 guests, serving three styles of paella followed by churros and chocolate sauce. The team of two arrived 2 hours before serving and set up efficiently and quietly. The food was delicious and the many guests loved seeing the authentic paella making process. Clean up was quiet, fast and efficient. I would recommend this local catering business for your next occasion as they remove any worry you may have about hosting for a large group. My daughter and 2 other guests are coeliacs. The Paellas were all naturally gluten free, but they also provided gluten free churros for them. A definite highlight for my daughter. I just wanted to thank you very much for your excellent service yesterday afternoon and evening. You said your people would arrive at 4pm and at exactly 3.57 pm I was phoned to say they were at the event address. When I arrived, they were completely set up and organised and the paella was well on the way to being booked. The cheese and ham etc were being laid out and everything was done perfectly. They brought the platters around to us whilst we had a pre-dinner drink and then served us from the big paella pan. It was good fun and easy to arrange and serve considering I was organising the event from Sydney at a private home where I could not really ask a lot of details about the set-up. At the end of the evening, they discretely packed everything away with the minimum of noise and fuss and we were very pleased to give them a round of applause for their efforts. They were great to deal with when organising the event and the arrangements and financial transactions were seamless. They arrived to set up and we had a hunch it was going to be good when the spirit level came out to ensure the pans were level for cooking. That hunch soon turned into a reality. The Tapas of Patatas Bravas was a great start to the meal and tasted amazing. The paella (Authentic seafood and vegetarian options) were just delicious.
