Thank you very much to everyone at Essential Catering for all their help with our wedding catering, our specifications and being so flexible with all of the changes we had to make due to Covid! Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff were fantastic and the food was incredible! We've had so many complements on how great the food was and have been recommending Essential Catering to everyone we know!

On Friday 26th November we arranged a thank you afternoon function for our staff, we booked your company (at very short notice) and the booking process - mainly with Karin, the chef and 2 staff who providing waiting service were just wonderful. I received a lot of really positive feedback about the quality of the food and also the very friendly and professional staff which was so reassuring for me as the organizer as I really wanted it to be a warm and welcoming, and enjoyable event. I couldn’t thank them enough and would highly recommend.

Smooth, easy, delicious food and we didn't lift a finger! We recently engaged Essential catering to provide for a small house party (about 35 - 40 people) . As it wasn't a huge affair we ummed and ahhed for ages but eventually decided what the heck - given we we turning 130 ( 70 plus 60!). So glad we did. It was so simple. All i did was provide a clean kitchen. They didn't even need fridge space or a rubbish bin - all self sufficient! Eight delicious finger food platters were heated and prepped on site and passed around - then everything cleaned up and all we were left with was our sparkling kitchen once again. Nathan and Renee were wonderful! I highly recommend their lamb koftas, their arancini balls, their gourmet pies and their Potato & chive hash with smoked salmon! We also put out our own cheese board and did our own desserts and it all worked a treat! we had do many compliments! Thanks guys- - we are very pleased we went with you and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to others. It really helped to make our day!

We ordered from Essential Catering for my husband’s 50th birthday. Sean answered all of my queries and suggested that we reduce the number of platters that I had selected as it would be too much food. I am so glad that he suggested this, otherwise a lot of food would have gone to waste. They were also very accommodating in terms of pick up, all of the platters wouldn’t fit in our fridge so Sean arranged for a staff member to meet us at their premises so we could pick up the food shortly before the party started. Most importantly everyone at the party loved the food!

Essential catering recently catered our wedding for 50 guests at Bulong Estate Winery and the food they presented was absolutely delicious and stunning. We had so many comments from guests about how wonderful it was and so much better than other weddings they had been to, it was like eating in a restaurant. Happened to find them through a quick Google search. We used them for a few corporate lunches. Staff are very easy to deal with and very accommodating with last minute orders. No complaints, fresh produce, not usual the usual boring sandwiches. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and service was great. Overall the food was tasty. The only thing that let it down was the beef. It was very chewy and this may have been the way the meat was cooked. Suggest there could be more salads options in the calvery buffet.
