A fantastic catering company! I had a high tea ordered for my birthday and the food delivered was fresh and so good, loved it! I hired fabulous catering to cater for 175 guests at our wedding and they were amazing. Everyone said they had plenty to eat all night and there was even left overs. We hired bar staff also and they kept the drinks flowing all night and were also flexible enough to stay a further 2 hours when asked. We've used Fabulous Catering for home delivery twice in 2020 and both times its been AMAZING!! Once was for a special birthday dinner, we had the pork belly, dauphinoise potatoes and a soup and everything was delicious! They even threw in a free lasange for us which was HUGE so we were very pleased (had it for dinner the next two nights!) :D We then got the Father's Day box delivered on Sept 6th which was lovely. We had a gourmet meal for two home delivered in a very well packed container, still chilled and including a cocktail and wines. Also included were a printed menu and preparation instructions. The entree and dessert required no preparation, and the main required minimal preparation. The servings were extremely generous and the food was delicious and of excellent quality. We had a gourmet meal for two home delivered. The size of the container was a super surprise in itself as during iso stage #4 lockdown we were getting used to having things delivered, but this was the biggest yet! So my mum and I were pretty excited to open it and see what was inside and to our surprise, two dinner plates with the entree ready to go, smoked trout beautifully prepared and plated. It has been a long time since we have eaten something so pretty or yummy. Oh and did I mention the quarantino cocktail. Again, when was the last time we had a cocktail? Then came the main, super easy to reheat and plate and we did have a bit of fun palting ourselves with the most beautiful flowers and greens provided to "zoosh" up the plate. Again, the flavours, creativity (pumpkin puree with ginger, yummy) and quality was superb. Then came desert, again the detail and flavours superb (chockie mouse topped with a macaroon, fresh berries and cream!). Oh and the wines ... one with each course! We didn't drink them all, as truly the cocktail was enough alcohol in itself lol. Overall, we can't wait to order this again as the experience was truly special and memorable. The price might be a bit off putting, but dont forget, there is so much food in this dinner, you might have left overs ... we did ... yum!

Cassie and the team were so lovely to deal with - they were communicative and professional, provided me with helpful advice and made the whole planning process so easy. The venue, Rokeby100, was a very cool warehouse style space in the heart of Collingwood. The Fabulous Catering menus had a great range of options to choose from for all dietary requirements. We choose to have a range of platters and finger food and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I have used Fabulous catering for a mix of work and personal events over the years, and most recently I tried the three course gourmet meal with a cocktail and three paired (delicious) wines. Having cancelled our wedding, we had this on the date our wedding was meant to be and I couldn’t fault anything. All the food comes pre packaged and it’s super easy to cook and doesn’t take much time. Everything was so tasty, the servings were huge (we had leftovers for the next day!) and we ended up having the best night thanks to these guys. We got the hot smoked ocean salmon for entree, pork belly for mains and panacotta for dessert and it was like eating at a 5 star restaurant. Would definitely order this box again (and keep trying more off the venue!) and also a great gift idea too.

I ordered a 'Mother's Day High Tea' box for delivery prior to Mother's Day Sunday in 2020. The box was delivered to Mum's door between the time range provided. Mum was extremely happy and said everything within it was very fresh, tasty and of good quality. She liked the variety. We swapped the champagne for a couple of bottles of flavoured mineral water. In all I am very happy with what was provided, the price and the quality. Mum has said "she would use them herself" so that's a good recommendation in itself. I would too - I hope you will send out an early email for Mother's Day 2021 to all customers to consider your services again next year too.

Amazing Food. Delivered fresh with easy to follow instructions to prepare. Not like a typical lean cuisine meal that you get from other companies or food delivery services. Fabulous Catering gave generous proportions sizes, delivered all the cold meats in packets on ice and even threw in some complimentary wines to go with our meals. Fabulous Catering catered our wedding on March 30th @2019. We had a vast selection of dishes from the premium and standard finger food menus. David, our representative, was extremely helpful and professional and communication was prompt and efficient. On the day, the staff were well presented and made sure that every one had ample amounts of food. Our gluten free, dairy free and generally fussy eaters were well catered for and had separate food boxes as to exclude cross contamination. We organised for Fabulous Catering to cater for my mother's 80th birthday after our usual cater closed down. The booking process was simple and I was able to amend numbers as the event got closer to the day. The staff member turned up slightly later (about 20 minutes) than scheduled and this created a issue for her as our guests all decided to turn up quite early. This meant she was trying to get things going & organised when there were a number of people milling around and getting in her way while setting up. She handled that all well and with good humour and in the end the food was distributed well. The food was as per expected and plentiful and everyone had more than enough with plenty of leftovers. The kitchen was then cleaned up and left in good condition. Excellent service and I would recommend the company.

I just hosted my son’s first birthday party at Fabulous catering function room called 100 Rokeby. I was very nervous about using a converted wearhouse for a kids party. But it was perfect. Stylish, great space, attention to detail. The kids could run around, they provided a ball pit and tent and tunnels. The adults enjoyed espresso martini’s and a mixture of kid friendly fingerfoods and sophisticated adult treats. They decorated my son’s birthday table with favourite toys, protraits and decorations. They were able to play a slide show of son’s first year on a large screen. They had PA for speeches. And plenty more martini’s. They also went out of their way to get a change table for the all purpose toilets. I’m so thrilled they really put a lot of thought and consideration into my son’s special day.
