HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We had a last minute request for catering close to 12 people for a close family function and the big Indian chef went above and beyond to make it happen. A absolute pleasure to speak to and such a prompt and responsible service. They understood the need and delivered more than what we requested (literally had extras servings added in our order and easy heating instructions sent through to us). Coming to the food, it was very delicious and made with a lot of heart. You could taste the quality and genuine work put into the food. I was happy we had left overs and I enjoyed them for an additional meal. Will order again!

We have heard about this new Indian catering service from a colleague, at the start me and my team we were all very curious how we going to share the food between a team of 14 people, and menu has too many choices, everyone in the office wants to be surprised, so we asked the Chef at The Big Indian Chef to design the menu for our Friday lunch. She did a really good job at selecting the perfect matching Entree, Main Course and Dessert for everyone. As a Chinese girl, I never tried anything as authentic Indian as this. Loved it!

So I had a get together at my place for around 15 people. And my mate had recommended me this caterer. At first, I was bit skeptical but then I thought why not and placed an order with them. Omg the food was sooo delicious. These guys know their spices really well. I have been looking for good Indian food for sometime now and finally found one. Amazing food with very reasonable prices. We ordered food for 15 people on my friend's recommendation for a birthday party and we were not disappointed. Everything was exceptional specially samosa and soya chaap. The portions are good and flavours are rich. The owners are friendly and takes keen interest in your special requirements to make your party successful!

We ordered the food from the Big Indian Chef for our son's 2nd birthday. We invited around 35 guests from mixed nationalities and they all loved the food - Samosa was the most loved item. :) Our little one was a bit overwhelmed with the crowd but the food brought a smile on his face. He relished the papadums and dal chawal. <3 The team was very responsive throughout and was flexible to our arrangements. It was good to see the smiling faces of all the members who came to deliver the food - the delivery was on time despite the bad weather. We had a memorable birthday - all thanks to the team!
