S. K.We found this place by accident, and loved it. If you are vegetarian or vegan, you will love this place too. And even it not, you should try it out. The vegan burger is pure deliciousness. Every dish we had was yummy. The juice of the day is also worth to try. Nice staff and an overall nice and green location. We will back and try something else. Expectations are high now. 😀

I. A.Vegilicious is a rambling venue, with myriad things to absorb the curiosity and/or point the smartphone camera at. I had Sexy Oven Baked Field Mushrooms and a Cherry Berry Smoothie. With the front door open, wheelchairs could glide in. Children's seating is covered, with high- and not-so-high chairs. Since I was obviously favourably impressed, I'll no doubt be back...
Delicious pumpkin soup (10/10), chocolate ganache dessert and another Cherry Berry Smoothie for visit number two.
T. H.So glad we dropped in here whilst we happened to be on this side of town!! Food was AMAZING and the service was incredible too. Couldn't fault it! We had the pulled jackfruit tacos and the Vegi Poké Bowl. The mock duck on the Poké Bowl is out of this world and the jackfruit was the best I've ever tasted. Will definitely be coming back 😊
M. S.Visited for the first, just the two of us. We didnt have a booking but the staff found us a table. I had the mushroom stroganoff and my partner the curry, both from the specials menu and both were excellent. Great staff, great meal and very affordable 😊
E. K.Situated near the corner of Nepean Highway and Carlisle St this restaurant exudes Chillout and hispter vibe. The stir fry vegie was pretty average. All we tasted was sweet soy sauce and not much of anything else. The baked mushroom was hearty and wholesome.

They offer a nice menu with great variety of dishes, at a very good price.
I recommend to book. We went during a weekday and they were already full. There are some spots where you can sit without reservation. But better if you can have a nice table and enjoy the decoration, you'll love it!
Food was delicious! I can't say about desserts as we couldn't try them (we had so much food.... ).

D. C.Great staff, good food. Has a grungy hippy look to it with a mix of shared and regular tables. Food can be a little slow coming out but worth the wait. A little pricey, most mains are basically $20. We had the chicken Tikka masala and the burger, both solid options.

M.such an amazing little place! went a couple years ago and it was completely empty, but now i really recommend booking a table. i got the jackfruit tacos and my partner got the gnocchi and both were amazing. my partner isnt vegan or vegetarian but he really enjoyed the food and even stated the jackfruit tacos could replace meat for him. highly recommend this place whether youre vegan or not! service was great too

So we decided to finally make it to the restaurant, we went on a Sunday night, a lovely band was playing, it was warm and cosy, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely divine! It's our new favourite Melbourne vegan restaurant! Great experience all round!

R. B.Totally dope from start to finish, I never usually go for three courses but I got dessert as the first two were so boss. Japanese pancakes and mushroom linguine were so good I couldn't believe it was all vegan, and as a relatively new vegan I can usually tell the difference but not here, so I pigged out and got the cheesecake too. Oink oink.

m. p.So good!!! The soup of the day (potato and leek) was probably the most delicious soup we have ever had with a crunchy yet spongy toasted bread slice. Also delicious curry puffs, gnocchi and the sexy field mushrooms were INCREDIBLE. Didn’t want it to end. We went on a Wednesday night at 7:30, service was quick and very friendly. The waiter either said the gnocchi is now a vegan dish or the entire restaurant has turned vegan? Either way it was all incredible ! Thank you so much. We will be back with friends ASAP

As a group we had the banquet and it was great. Every dish was delicious and it was great to taste the different options of the menu. Super filling and great quality for only $25.

T. S. (.Great food. fantastic place to watch the sun set over St Kilda from Balaclava Road, but incredibly confused food service. Great when it arrived but ordering was all over the shop. I was assured by the waitstaff (there were two) that it was a case of being fortunately short staffed that Sunday evening which I believe. If it happens more often, then its a management issue. But, it was a fun evening and I enjoyed the vegan food greatly.
N.Such a good find to stumble upon. Great food and even better live music. Showing vegan food is worth a try! We also weren't happy with one of our drinks but the staff remade before we left. Great experience.

The atmosphere and the tasty meals make it a must for anyone that want a good night out. Price is more than fair for the quality. Its wholesome and you leave with that home cooked feeling in your stomach for hours afterwards
F. L.Great food and very friendly staff. We were a party of ten, and all of our food was delicious. I had the lasagne which was rich and lovely. Everyone thought they had made the best choice. Perfectly satisfying for the non vegans as well.
The only quibble was that they ran out of Pinot Noir at the end of the evening.

Ive been here countless times and every time was the best experience. The staff are so fun and friendly. This time we had the masala special and share platter.......it was like an intense love making sesh, I cried multiple times. You can tell these people love what they do.

Slow service
It doesn't seem like the staff communicate effectivelyhowever, they are very friendly.
We waited for 1hour and 45 for our food and only approached once after ordering to assure us it won't be long... (literally 5 minutes before the food finally arrived) probably because my partner was laying his head on the table and i was playing with an empty glass..
That was just the mains ...we waited almost 40mins for the drinks and starter.

We had the shared platter. This changes from night to night and even over the course of the evening so the waiters can't tell you what exactly will be in it but TRUST THEM it will be magnificent.
Also had the polenta chips in case it wasn't enough as we were really hungry. They are also delicious but we probably didn't need them. Cannot move now except to smile widely and rub my full belly happily.

V.Amazing food, fantastic decor and relaxed vibes and staff. We had a friend dining with us with difficult FODMAPs food restrictions and the staff were so happy to sit down and figure out what could be fixed up to suit her allergies. Definitely coming back!

j.Vegan yay! Food was ok. Not happy with the St Kilda tax (a little expensive). I had the laksa, which was nice, but it wasn't a laksa, more if a coconut soup. I also had the burger, which was also good, just not $20 good. I'll be heading back again to try some other items.

It has a quirky and interesting decor, with a Mexican bar and all sorts of unusual decorations to add to the ambience when having a chat over a meal with friends. The menu enables a wide ranging culinary experience from the Japanese Okonomiyaki pancakes through to a spicy vegetable curry and to the Italian Eggplant parmiagana. Everything I have tried has been delicious:)
