We love Devour. Delightful staff, well priced meals, good coffee. Excellent selection of foods including vegetarian. Take away and pre order is ok. Most times there is a small wait.

Solid brunch place with an asian touch on the menu and the standard brunch meals. Great atmosphere and service, with all tables filled during lunch. Ordered the big breakfast and breakfast bao with iced long black and iced matcha for drinks. The iced matcha was slightly on the sweeter side and the turkish bread was undertoasted. Bacon strips, pork sausages and hash browns were better than expected. Would recommend going again but does not stand out from any other brunch place.

I am normally a fussy eater but Devour is hands down the best cafe I have been to in Adelaide. Coffee is consistently good, I have been most impressed with their menu. Great food quality, generous portion size and pricing all amazing and on point. Service can be a little delayed due to how busy they are but always served my takeaway coffee at reasonable timing. Quality has always been faultless. I am a regular customer now.

Lunch at @devourcafe - consistently good food! Haven't been back in ages, and there were new items on the menu. Tasty! . Potato rosti with chorizo and poached eggs: this was a fantastic dish! The potato rosti was nice and crispy, and the chorizo was very tasty. Perfectly poached eggs too! . Mushroom and haloumi baos: nicely steamed baos with really delicious fillings. The mushrooms were great, and you just can't go wrong with grilled haloumi! . Iced matcha latte: one of the few places that actually make a decent iced matcha latte 😅.

Good coffee, friendly staff, obviously quite popular. Only gripe and the reason for only 3 stars? Calling it a 'patisserie' is a little bit over-ambitious. A dozen iced donuts do not make a patisserie.

Devour was nominated for a work meeting in the Richmond area and I was pleasantly surprised. Initially we were just there for coffee but on sighting some of the dishes being delivered, I changed my mind! Ordered the avocado on toast (an easily comparable staple) and it was marvellous: the eggs were perfectly cooked, the toast was separate (not soggy), the chilli oil, shallots and coriander made it irresistible. Conversation had to slow down significantly while the meal was enjoyed. Had a standard cappucino on the side and it was solid but by no means outstanding. Cafe itself is medium sized and at lunch was packed with young mothers and their babies. You would be happy to have this as your local if you lived in the area.

Had a great time for brunch and you wouldn’t be disappointed with any of their breakfast or lunch options. Place is easily accessible and there’s plenty of parking on Davenport Tce or Ellen Street. Would go again for the steak sandwich, normally cafes of similar variety give you a few steak strip pieces but this was an entire steak piece in the sandwich! I topped it off with a piece of fried chicken as well which was a pretty good!

A real surprise in this part of the city, was pretty crowded though not sure where all these people showed up from, as the locale seems very quiet.. good buzz and great food.. and they are one of the few that serve my favourite coffee so that swung the scales for me..

Local cafe with plenty of free parking. Food is always good and cheaper then others in the area. The staff are friendly and they cater to all crowds. When we were there on a quiet Thursday lunch there was a mother's and babies group in one corner and a few people working on laptops in another. If they had outside seating would be even better.

I came here on a special dessert night with a girlfriend. Due to the style of event we only had to wait approximately 10minutes outside. When we were seated the staff were friendly and the decor was intriguing. The food was delicious and great coffee! The dessert portions were completely different but I struck gold with mine. Only downfall was only 1 bathroom otherwise would definitely come back here!

Very good coffee and snack options, although I did purchase a protein ball and bit on a massive pip which was very hard and when I returned to advise the staff of this, they didn’t seem to bothered. Great to see this huge difference especially in service. ==================== A very underwhelming experience. Went there with the intention of buying lunch but the staff member who "served" me was so indifferent and unhelpful that I had juice and a cookie. Juice was watery, cookie was rock hard. No glasses on the tables for water and the bottle was nearly empty which went unnoticed by the same staff member who brought my order out. Table not wiped. It was busy and the food on the table next to me looked okay but I'd rather spend my money where I feel at least welcome. Might try it another day.

Went there few times, wasn't bad. Great little place, tucked in the housing area. I ordered their bacon and egg roll. It was a bit dry to be honest. While it was made nicely and presented well, it lacked a little love to make it more juicey and flavoursome. I became a fan of their carrot and ginger fresh juice 👌🏻. Otherwise, service is good and can be a bustling place to go.

I've only had a coffee there, no food. The service seems good and friendly. But, the blend of the coffee is definitely something you need to get used to - and wasn't my cup of tea (I left the short black mostly untouched - which is rare for me, as I'll normally chug it down no matter how strange or what the taste is like). They do have other blends, so maybe the one I got was the bad one ... (Argentine blend - be warned).

Whilst I haven't yet eaten here, I can highly recommend Devour as a regular coffee stop. Their coffee is roasted by Ona from Canberra, and expertly crafted by Devour's skilled baristas. Ona can only be found at This Time Lucky and Devour in SA, and is well worth going out of your way for. I will eat here one day, and am always envious of the food coming out of the kitchen as I wait for my coffee.
