Staff are lovely here! I’m enjoying the newer items on the menu, more than just coffee so the little ones can enjoy items from here too. Loving the fruit chillers and the matcha smoothie is refreshing for a warmer day as opposed to my usual favorite caramel latte on the cooler days. Couches and seating do need a little maintenance though.

Price wise. Love the consistency! Hot chocolate amazing, coffee always great, beautiful ice chocolate and love l oive love love heated chocolate muffin here !! With cream on side, plus the friendly staff.. love it ! Went here today with my husband and my family, the guy who served us delivered our order to our table where usually your name will be called and you need to pick up at the counter. Great customer service, and he always smile 👍👍recommend 👍👍

Love love love their coconut iced coffee! It's such nice frothy oat milk with coconut shrimp n cold brew coffee. Always serve exactly the way I want with less ice. Only the Myer staff can make it this good. Glenelg store wasn't good. You guys are amazing!✨✨ Also their Voltage is a must try!!!! 💖💖🎉🎉

Always enjoy Gloria Jean’s. food was good and coffee is great. The staff here are really friendly, if something isn’t available they help you find something else that’s great. Only reason for 4 stars really is that it was a bit grimy on some seats/tables but still a good place to stop for lunch.

Love the store at Marion Shopping Centre but GloriaJeans needs to upgrade their website as the Port Adelaide store is no longer operational the Myer Centre store in Stephen Place never answers their phone very bad customer service have left 5 msgs on the phone no call backs at all left msg on GloriaJeans messenger site no answers from them either so very bad customer service there also. Need to step up your customer service!!!!

Coffee is always great. The staff are always chatting with each other which makes it a little uncomfortable when you’re waiting to be served. Quite different to the other Gloria Jeans where you always feel welcome.

The flat white was alright, nothing spectacular. The location is ok too. Not as cozy as they tried to set it up to be, but this is more because of how open it seems to be to the rest of the food court where its currently located. Seating can fill up fairly quickly on busy hours. Spacious enough for prams so meetups when you have little kids is doable in this cafe.

The coffees and chillers here always make me feel fancy without spending too much money. My go-to drinks are the mudslide mocha or the newer Kit Kat chillers. And it never hurts to add a little cream on top for a occasional spoil.

The quality of drinks are perfect and the staff are very friendly, but the reason for the 5-star is that I just found out how environment-friendly the owners try to manage the business. They go extra miles, and I think it deserves support.

I went there today for the first time and got a ham and cheese toastie + a latte. Staff was very kind, no problem at all with that and prices looks fair to me. What's wrong, in my opinion, is the menu, which do not includes the ingredients used for the food. Asking for a ham and cheese toastie, I thought I would have get a bread with ham and cheese inside... While it had a weird, sweet sauce as well which personally I didn't like so much. The latte was a little bit bitter, but nothing that can't be fixed with 2 sugar sachets, so, nothing to complain about this. In conclusion, it's a good place, but be aware that you might need to ask first for the ingredients if you don't want to have surprises.

Fast and friendly burnt coffee to go. Atmosphere was great, with plenty of sitting room both in this underground cafe and the surrounding food court. Vibrant and warm, with wide menu easy to read. Staff were quick, efficient, and patient with my slow selection. Coffee was burnt to being unconsumable.

Gloria Jeans is good, but not great. As a coffee snob, I have tried their brew, and it's not up to my standard, but their 'iced' drinks and fancy creations are quite tasty. Not traditional of course, but when you are after one hell of a sugar hit, who cares! It's bound to satisfy the masses, if you're after nothing too impressive, or too upmarket just something sweet.

I will be visiting this Gloria Jean's café along with other Gloria Jean's café in and around Adelaide during my stay here. If you have not been here before you really are missing out, so come along and have a coffee and a bite to eat, then you can see for yourself just how great it is here

Throughout Australia you will find these popular Cafe's. This venue is situated on Myers Food Mall, very well places on a corner site. Which creates a private comfortable, relaxing dining space, away from the general noise and bustle. We chose a chicken and mushroom filo pastry, a lamb and rosemary veg pie, accompanied with a fresh salad. Both were very tasty and well presented. Surprise, the coffee was delivered to our table in attractive red mugs, we found the coffee, very satisfying. Service was good, tables clean and tidy. We would return.
