Great experience at this store. Staff were lovely and when they were unsure if ingredients in one of their bakery items rang the boss to get the details. All to make sure i would not eat sonething intolerances would not allow me to have. They came up with an option and really showed they cared about their customers. Cannot thank themenough or rate their service and products highly enough. The baked items were delicious and the coffee awesome.

I ordered a very nice frosty drink from there, I believe it was vanilla mocha or something like that and I got a vanilla slice... Anyways I sat down and was eating the vanilla slice and drinking the coffee and oh my god it was amazing. The only downside was they were out of those little coffee figures that were there. But apart from that it's a top tier place to go and I love it to bits. 10/10 from me

Clean area and polite staff. I asked for flat white and it just tasted like hot milk with an essence if coffee, but I still enjoyed it after shopping all day and needing to sit down and grab a hot drink. Just could have done with more actual coffee.

As a rule I never buy coffee while out, but the staff here were happy to oblige when my son asked to be treated with a fancy hot chocolate. It was made just how he liked it, which is a win when you're serving a picky eater. Very friendly staff who were focused on the drinks rather than smalltalk. I prefer that.

When I went here it was for extremely good sausage rolls that were made either by Gloria Jean or a nearby bakery (possibly the one opposite Woolworths Colonnades, but that's a guess, not known for sure) that Gloria Jean's Coffees sold in store. Even if you skip a coffee, cake, tea or whatever else, the sausage rolls are amazing once cooked up. Hell, even cold they taste bloody great (if you don't mind having them in that way instead of cooking them up). The atmosphere of the place, both the warm and inviting indoors and the cooler yet more open air outdoors, is very relaxing to have your food and/or drink in, and you could definitely do a lot worse for a short (or long) break than this lovely coffee shop. The music played varies, but usually isn't bad, a light and comfortable melody, pumped around the indoors and outdoors of the coffee shop, set loud enough for a good atmosphere, but quiet enough to relax (and/or chat with your friends and/or colleagues) as it plays. Gloria Jean's Coffees is definitely worth trying out at the very least, I've only really reviewed some of the food, never mind the drinks! (Which is kind of the point of a coffee shop. This is more the perspective of someone who can't drink coffee, yet finds something else that's awesome about a coffee shop.)

I have been a customer at Gloria jeans in colonnades for years now and have always found the staff to be great, friendly, and they make the best hot chocolate in the south. Always a nice atmosphere with both an inside and outdoor areas. This store should have a six or seven star rating. Stevie, Taylor, Cat and the others are really friendly people, they make the store.
