This place we are visiting from last few years. They has best in Adelaide french cakes and crossons and coffee is well. Service is second to non, always fast, smile and helpful. Lunch with a French character is also one of the best.

A gorgeous new little favourite place! Highly recommend trying the hot chocolate. The tarts are actually well done and so many delicious other options. Also tried the lemon meringue which is picture perfect. It’s a fun little place to catch up with friends and definitely recommend them.

Well the coffee was good, the service was quick, but the tarts were to die for. I had the raspberry & almond tart... I absolutely loved it !❤ My friend had the lemon curd tart...naturally we tried a piece of each others tart, both were fantastic. I reckon if they added some rasberries to the lemon curd tart they'd be on a huge winner.... I'd be there whenever I'm in the market.

French themed cafe near the Victoria Square entrance to the Adelaide City Markets. Well presented Cafe with a cluster of square tables. Was quite noisy and busy as you would expect. The mug of cappuccino that I had is seriously a bucket - the largest I've ever had! The coffee itself grew on me, it was a touch bitter and I needed to add a little extra sugar (partly due to the size of the mug). The selection of cakes, slices and desserts in the window looking positively amazing and worth sampling.

Great coffee, toasties and cakes. The customer service is always on point, very welcoming and warm. To top it off they now have a recently installed seating area, the ambience is always beautiful and relaxing, great place to bring someone for a coffee.

Super friendly staff, food super affordable. I was never a coffee drinker until I had a coffee at maison Clement. Brunch is amazing too. Very talented chef. They make every customer feel special and welcome. Must try when you visit the central market.

Quaint French themed Cafe with excellent tarts, baked goods and pastries, all made in house by Clement. Friendly service and good prices. Great for a meal or just a coffee and a treat. Comfortable atmosphere too, makes you want to stay and chat with friends or a loved one for hours.

Most people go for the patisserie items, which look great. I went for a coffee and it was mediocre, weak, bad quality watery milk, slow, and orders our mixed up. All easy fixes: use top quality milk, train your staff at a barista school, double shot as standard.

Today we had the fortune of tasting a Mont Blanc. Tart shell was thin & crisp. Filling was composed of a deliciously light meringue; a delicate cream and a homemade strawberry jam that puts the CWA to shame. All encased in a fluffy chestnut puree. Conclusion: there's so much to take in that unrefined palates would not be sufficiently able to appreciate the complexities. The standards of patisserie offered at Maison Clement can be truly appreciated by those well versed in fine dining, but it is lovingly available to all, with prices that ensure no pretentiousness. I'm so pleased to have had my taste buds rewarded by this world class pastry chef.
