Went in for a latte, cappuccino and a hot chocolate for the grandson. They were very quick. The coffee tasted great. We asked for the hot chocolate to be a little cooler for the 3 yr old. They were happy to do it. We also ordered a ham and cheese toastie. Beautiful! It also had some relish. Yum.

Coffee roaster and cafe with a 'heart of the comnunity' vibe where everyone seems to know eveyone else. Indoor and outdoor seats. Kids and pets welcome. Their coffee is tasty and well priced. Their beans are excellent. A few (yummy) slices are the only food served 😔. Plenty of parking. On several bus routes. Worth seeking out as a destination itself or if you're on the way to/from the beach.

Been popping in here on and off for a year or two now because while it doesn't look much, their coffee-making abilities are, well, sublime. Have never failed to get a great coffee so can't speak to their other fare. But if a consistently great cup of coffee is your go, this place is 5 star.

Best tasting coffee in the area hands down. This place is awesome for their unique coffee but also for their hospitality. An awesome bunch of people who work here, who are always up for a chat. This place is perfect for the morning coffee run or even chilling out for hours. I think what makes it so different and exciting is the community feel it brings when in there. All round an awesome place to be with it bringing a great vibe every time you walk in. Keep going guys, you are doing great!

It was ok. Personally, I would have liked to get single origin beans with my long black instead of a blend. Also, it seems the temperature of the was too high and therefore it was too hot and the taste was not good. However, as it cooled down it tasted better.

This local gem sits in an unassuming block of shops and may not inspire much confidence for a first time visitor. Rest assured however that Dan, Sam and the boys are pulling truly excellent coffee most days of the year (even Christmas!) - the fact that this is one of the most dog friendly establishments in the metro area is another bonus. Highly recommended for all!

The friendly team at sublime always have a smile on their face, making you feel right at home when you walk in. The coffee is consistently yummy making the drive to work more bearable. The toasties they can whip up are arguably one of the best around, and their brekkie cup goes alright too. The fact that they have Mario Kart on offer makes the whole experience better too. Do yourself a favour and get around the team down here, you'll want to come back!

Had coffee there this morning after an Anzac Day Service. The coffee was first class, my friend said it was the best coffee she had ever had, and the two guys running the premises were extremely friendly and enthusiastic about their product. Sublime Coffee now is my coffee shop of choice.

A small and really cool coffee shop. Dog friendly and caters for the coffee snobs. Food menu consists of toasties only by the looks of it but boy are they good toasties. Can have bacon, egg, salami, avo and ham. Lots of choices and really yummy.

Keep doing what you're doing guys. Waited a long time for someone to provide a coffee service locally and you've delivered beyond the cliche cafe joints. Only time I've been disappointed is when you've been closed. Pooch friendly-wise, support here you have. And for the proper review: you didn't shut shop and drop-kick me and my friend out when we were catching up to coo over her new baby at close time. That there won my heart, my girlfriend's heart, and our pooches hearts...so that heart stuff spreads. It's partially the coffee, however it's mostly the atmosphere of the dudes working here that makes this join completely ACE ;)

Fantastic coffee! Don’t know how these guys roast their beans, getting amazing dark chocolate, plum and leather flavour, while at the same time keeping the beans incredibly well balanced. Can’t fault them!

A coffee roastery that doesn't have light roasted coffee for filter brew. The person working didn't really have enough education to sell me the right coffee of two choices so I just bought the 'organic' one, at least it was cheap compared to third wave coffee roasteries. No roast date on bag or a resealable airtight bag... Please do filter roast.
