The best doughnuts ever🥰 They’re fluffy & tastes amazing. It was Valentines Day & I was gifted with these gorgeous treats..love it. Definitely will be back for more👍

Coffee loyalty program is not transparent anymore as it is online. Only staff can see when you get your free coffee & all staff state they can’t read the screen to tell me where I’m up to anytime I’m there. I often purchase beyond the requirement & never receive the free loyalty coffee. Stale donuts have been given to me also on two separate occasions.

Visited on Saturday 28 November. What can I say, the 2 guys making drinks were having lots of fun and lots of banter with the customers they were serving. Managed to take a sneaky peek of how they made my chocolate ice frappe they were making me, and it was super efficient and delish. I want more!!!! Hubby's iced mocha was amazing too! Best we have had in a long time from this shopping centre. We normally go elsewhere, but you guys have converted us! Service was great by the younger male, bought a 6 pack and it lasted us until our trip home. Keep it up guys, we will now be regulars!

Unfortunately a bit of a hit and miss especially when ordering on uber eats. Food and coffee either arrives cold after an hour or arrives within 20 minutes and is perfect. Very long wait times at the store, but good service nonetheless.

A+++ awarded to the caramel donut! For those donut connoisseurs, these donuts are more of a breadier consistency. They are well filled and well loaded. In the image - Top two are rocky road and white nutella; middle two are caramel and triple chocolate; bottom two are ferrero.

Great service crew. Babycinos are free (wow!) And coffee and doughnut combo at $7.90 is really good value. The doughnuts are huge and fresh. Coffee is from Campos and the barista made it really good. Thank you.

I’ve been a customer for a while now! I love your mocha and your toasties and egg wraps! Although I’d love to see a bit more diversity in what you can offer in terms of breakfast! If I had more options I’d probably be buying from you daily just because your coffee is amazing! I just ordered through uber eats, and as mentioned before in my unedited review. I only order because of the coffee, this time the coffee I received is the equivalent of what I’d get at Macca’s. Please don’t lose your quality!!

My partner and I visited on our trip to the shops, we needed a break from birthday shopping (LOL!). We both opted for the vegan Biscoff donuts, DELICIOUS! The coffees were also wonderful, I had an oat latte and my partner had an oat flat white. Very friendly and attentive staff. All in all, a great visit to a great little store. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Yum yum.

This cake hole has seen a lot of donuts in its time. Brooklyn's are amongst the best of them. The donuts were beautiful and light with a subtle sweetness. The fillings themselves rich but not overpowering (my group went with NY Cheesecake, White Biscoff & Golden Ferrero). The frappe I had to accompany it was wonderful as well. I should also say the service was friendly and quick.

we normally go to chermside, but its been a bit slack there of late, we saw you had one today at indoorpilly, the young guy tht made it was a little uneasy and kept reading the sheet on how to make it, though it must be his first day, but he was better than chermside sotre, at least he was smiling! He thnked us for waitin, and it was worth waiting for!!! BEST COFFEE EVER! wife had a iced mocha blend, and it was nice nd cld. all we can say is, coffee n doughnuts at this plce are great, just need a loyalty progrm that conts doughnuts!!!

Coffee tasted like water, it was so hot I could not drink it even after 5 mins and I like hot coffee, it was bitter as well. But but the ham and cheese toasting was great, but it comes in a large cardboard box, so much for resources.
