Great place for brunch and friends. Love the outdoor seating and food was delicious. Coffee is great and staff are friendly.

Nice large portions. At the moment the online menu is not the same as the menu when we went for breakfast. Shorter all day dining menu. Poached eggs came out just right & although fairly busy, we didn't have to wait long. Gluten free options. Coffee was nice. Best to book & if the weather is nice then ask for an outside table.

Cafe Doonan is a great stop on the way to Noosa without the crazy crowds and even has ample parking. There are a good range of fresh meals for a variety of taste and dietary requirements. Good coffee and desserts finish of a good meal.

Awesome place to have an early (or late) breakfast. The quinoa waffles with coconut icecream & forest berries were simply delicious, & cheap too (under$10). Jumbo coffee $5. So to recap, delicious food & coffee that won't cause you to cry, but jump for joy, when it comes time to pay!! 5 stars allround.

Beautiful location with lovely staff. It’s perfect for a stop on your roadtrip and is dog friendly. Highly recommend the house salad it was so fresh and delicious. My partner had the beef pie and it was ridiculously flavourful.

Cafe doonan is my local even though I drive past 6 other cafes to get there. Their food, coffee, service, prices, plants, earth friendly packaging, happy staff and relaxed environment make me always happy to go there. On the rare times I dont have an Iced Latte and Bacon & Egg muffin (only $10😍) I love their goji berry smoothies. Favourite!

Super coffee. Aromatic, silky and mild, especially double shot small flat whites. The breakfast-lunch range is diverse and tasty, not mega cheap but well worth it. Brisk, friendly, helpful service. Avoid the fast food options in town (Maccas) as there is just no comparison to locally created food. Enjoy Sunny Coast!!!

I just enjoyed one of the best chicken burgers ever; trust me, I've had many in my 53 years. Normally I only grab a takeaway coffee when I am nearby for a monthly workshop but decided to sit and enjoy this place today and so glad I did. After having breakfast and lunch here many times, I now find it incumbent of me to leave a 5 star review. Had the GF lasagna & salad today with a couple of coffees. Great meal. Previously had salmon for breakfast - great and refreshing start to the day. I've listened to the staff dealing with myself and other customers and they are always polite and charming. Highly recommended.

Outdoors dining was fine, on a hot day like it was, sitting inside would be pretty un- bearable due to no insulation in the shed/structure roof. Otherwise Chicken Caesar was traditional and great, good coffee and friendly staff
