My new favourite. New to the area, trying new places. Quality, fresh food, and thoughtfully seasoned. Zucchini fritters are well worth a try, couldn't wait to take a pic before I started.

Ed definitely serves one of the best coffees in the CBD, the coffee never disappoints. It can get really busy in the mornings of working days but the quality of the coffee and the service definitely worth the wait. Very polite and friendly staff especially the two baristas.

Very nice Cafe inside the IBM building. You order and pay at the counter. When you sit down you get a bottle of tap water. The food, both the açai and the granola bowl were fantastic. The drinks also were really good, only thing what could be improved are the straws, they’re using plastic straws.

The halloumi stack was next level. Thr perfect balance of flavours, and a hint of spice from the dukkah. The garlic toast was the perfect base for the dish. The cafe itself had a lovely calm atmosphere, relaxed blues and greens, wooden furniture and pretty wallpaper. It didn't feel like I was in inner city brisbane and did not feel like I had to rush at all. The coffee was a little bitter for me and the poached egg slightly overcooked but they are easily fixed. Would definitely recommend :)

One of the best ice coffee's (and mocha's) I've had. They don't skimp on the icecream and must use good coffee beans. I venture out far and wide from George St to go to these guys. A worthwhile hike 🚶‍♂️

To put it simply this cafe is amazing both aesthetically with the detail and unique design of the decor to the friendly staff. Options are definitely something the menu caters for as they accomdatw for everybody no matter what your taste and the prices are good. Overall I recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.

It seems maybe they have changed owners. Coffee is always good but the food has a new cook or something cause what was once 5 stars is now just average city breakfast. The meals used to come with homemade chutney and amazing presentation, quality ingredients, sprinkled with spices and seeds. Now it’s sort of just put on the plate, something I could get anywhere tbh. It was one of the reasons I came out of my way to come here.

You'll find ED nestled underneath the IBM building on Edward Street. This creates an intimate yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for escaping the chaos of the city. The service is swift and friendly and the coffee is up there with the best in the CBD. Food options looked fantastic, unfortunately I was rushed for time and could not stop for lunch. If you work in the City ED should definitely be your new regular!

Sister cafe to the rockin' Smug Fig in Woolloongabba, Ed Cafe is one killer city venue. With plenty of fresh and tasty options to pick from, you can guarantee you'll leave satisfied. My only issue is I can't get there during the week unless I throw a sicky.
