So please i dropped in today after getting great customer service a couple of weeks ago when you were closed but we were offended ice water with a smile 😃 where nothing was too much. Elixir you do have award winning coffee and the (home made) lemon Ricotta cake is to die for - compliments to your grandma young man but be aware that i might be asking for the secret recipe next time i pay a visit. Yes definitely a next visit 😊

We had a mixed experience at Elixr for breakfast. There was a really nice buzz, lots of cute dogs. Mostly super friendly and helpful staff. When ordering we asked if something could be added as a side and were told very firmly "absolutely no" by one guy who overheard, but the cashier was much more friendly and said it was no issue? We ordered the gnocchi and fried chicken waffle. Both were really tasty but the gnocchi was more like a large square hash. No biggie it was delicious but my "breakfast gnocchi" obsessed friend was a little disappointed. I also wish the fried chicken waffle had a home made/savoury waffle instead of the store sweet one. Again, it was great but not the best we've ever had. The maple syrup that came with it however - "drool", so so good. Coffees were great, servings were generous, food didn't take too long even tho it was super busy. I'd definitely go back :)

I've had a mix of experience at Elixir to date. Some great service and meals, but some that were left lacking on service speed front as well. Did quality always seems to range from above average to good. They do basic meals executed very well. Coffees have been great, and a few solid beans to choose from. I'd say the biggest issue with the store is the wait times for coffee or beans with little to no shade. It's fine, but it's not exactly an experience to tell your friends about.

Excellent coffee, lovely food. Staff always smile and are pleasant, plus the service is fast. I love the Veluto blend which I buy regularly for my home espresso machine. Consistent flavour and quality. Good range of other coffee making items too.

Good coffee and good service but food was a bit disappointing. I have ordered Buddha Bowl which was too oily and used vegetable oil to fry the Spinach and kale instead of using olive oil. The dish itself had good flavors but was ruined by the vegetable oil. It kinda defeats the purpose to use lots of vegetable oil in a Buddha Bowl. My friend ordered the Pork Bao Buns presentation was beautiful but taste was average.

I just had breakfast at Elixir. WOW the coffee was amazing and the Eggs Benny was to die for. If I can make 1 suggestion As my friends were not from Australia however they heard your coffee was great. So they suggested we go for breakfast I had to explain the menu as it is in English You use the QR CODE add picture to your menu. I saw a smashed avo and the description on the menu did not do it justice after see the meal come out

Coffee from Elixir is high quality, highly recommended. Have it all the time at the office. However, don't recommend coffee made from Elixir. It was luke warm. Disgusting. Coffee tastes much better hot or ice cold. But not a few degrees above room temperature.

Once 2 minutes have passed during a battle, each player receives 1 extra Elixir, and Elixir production is doubled for the rest of the game. Elixir is produced gradually throughout the battle at a rate of 1 Elixir every 2.8 seconds, every 1.4 seconds during Double Elixir time, and around every 0.9 seconds in Triple Elixir, which occurs in the last minute of Overtime or in Triple Elixir Battles

I have been coming to Elixir for close to 10 years. The coffee is always well made, the service is friendly and relatively quick. This is the place where I always get my beans for home. And each time you order a bag of beans, there is a free coffee available. Ticks all my coffee boxes as far as I'm concerned 👌😀

Burned Sandwiches. Good coffee. Rock hard waffles. Can't fault the coffee but the Club sandwich my wife ordered was burnt. And not like artistically burnt, just burnt. The Chicken Waffles sounded good too but they were those really basic thin waffle press waffles and clearly the mould wasn't hot enough and the waffles had dried out something shocking. The cheap cutlery was seriously struggling to cut through it! Just not fun or that tasty. Chicken was nice though. Overall I'd go again for the coffee but the food was a total miss. We paid $30 for some burnt sandwhiches and dry $2 waffles. What a shame. It's not like they're new to this game either so I don't feel I should give them the benefit of the doubt. If they're too busy or understaffed to provide a decent service they just shouldn't offer it. Cut the normal menu, do the basics well and take the pressure of the kitchen. If that wasn't the reason then I'm just not sure what went wrong. Disappointing.

The coffee at Elixir is some of the best coffee I've had in Brisbane. The food and the fantastic service are what round out Elixir to be a great place stop and have a coffee or something to eat. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tricky during peak times. Other than that, go to Elixir at Stafford. Great coffee, wonderful food and amazing service.

Amazing coffee it's like drinking heaven... had the mashed avo with bacon and halloumi so yummy!! My partner had the bacon and egg roll which he enjoyed. Friendliest service, very clean place and even though it was very busy we got our food in less than 10 mins. As it does get quite busy I would reserve a table ahead as we did. Went during a busy time on a Saturday, place was full but I didn't have to wait long at all to order and have the meals out. Really good coffee as well and parking was easy enough being in a more industrial area. It's great to go somewhere that you can choose which method you would like your coffee made as well.

I have now been to Elixir Cafe around a dozen times introduced to me by an ABC journo who asked me to check it out. I rarely if ever review cafes... this one is different..... The service is quick and no fuss. Coffee is superb and food is presented well, fresh and tastes great. I like the quirkiness of location and the smell of the coffee roasting next door just adds to the quirky, homely, dynamic dining experience. The staff are attentive and exceed my expectations every time. What's more there is wonderful consistency with food,coffee and service. I dine here at with my business/ friends regularly. I book on the day for lunch as they seem to be busy most the time and saves waiting. however i like the way they seem to manage the overflow.

First visit yesterday for breakfast. Very good range of items on the menu. We had American hash potatoes with poached eggs and chorizo crumble, and corn fritters with avocado, bacon and what not. Delicious and good sized servings. Good coffee. We will be going back. Two months later, back again and all four breakfasts were excellent. Excellent service.

I visited today to buy some coffee beans. As I’ve never been before, I was looking for advice on what to purchase. The service I had from Caitlyn was wonderful. She explained the different beans and helped with selections, even though there were other people waiting to order. I really appreciated the 100% attention she gave. It’s great they offer a free coffee when you buy coffee beans. We’re looking forward to trying the coffee beans and hoping to be back to buy more soon.

These guys brew one of the best coffees I have ever had. Coffee is promptly served with great presentation even during busy hours without compromising quality. Servers are polite and always greet and look after you with a smile. They also offer you loads of advice when attempting to buy their roasted coffee together with a small cup of coffee on the house and free samples. Dishes are also varied and full of flavor. At least, the ones I have tasted including chicken focaccia showed that their chef knows what he is doing. Whether you are a coffee critique or simply love to tantalize your senses with quality roasted and brewed coffee, you won't regret visiting this place.

Go there every time we go to the pet store down the road. Never had a bad experience. Always friendly and say hello when you walk in and have the best customer service. My husband mostly drinks the coffee and he always prefers to go there. I recently had a coffee frappe and oh my god it was the BEST frappe I've ever had. Plus they are dog friendly which is a huge plus for us seen as our dogs go everywhere with us.

Have never had a negative experience here. I find the staff professional and strive to make a good product/service. The lamb salad is exceptional! (Esp with some added haloumi!) Great coffee/beans, service is usually good too. Had a very average breakfast there today. Smashed avo with poached eggs and bacon. Presentation looked like it could've been made at a roadside diner. Bacon was undercooked and a single, thin slice of white bread where sour dough seems to be the norm here. Very disappointing.

The coffee is their shtick. I visited on a weekday morning. It’s an unflashy conversion in a light industrial area. Parking difficult. Music fairly modern but inoffensive. Service quick (once I found the counter). Cakes are from a factory. There was a choice of two have-in coffee beans – a blend and a single-source. I went for the single source. My normal is a long black hmos. It was good enough to drink black, which I rarely do.

5 years ago I gave 4 stars. Now I gave 3 because the food was going downhill. The eggs benny was small. 2 eggs and bacon on top of a piece of small bread. $17 seems a rip off then. I had eggs benny lots of times in other cafes or restaurants and had rarely seen no even a bit of side salad or lettuce. Since the coffee was still good I gave you 3 stars.

After reading the he multiple glowing reviews, we decided to give elixir a try, sadly we were disappointed to find they didn't live up to the hype. Our breakfast's suffered from huge inconsistency, one roar breakfast had poached eggs that were boiled solid, sausages the were not cooked through, while the other was fine other than the borderline raw bacon. The service however was prompt and courteous.

For something different head into this industrial zone cafe, where you can sit in the warehouse and sip your special blend of coffee. They do great food too - wraps, quiches, cakes etc. The kids enjoyed the Honey B smoothie served in a cute mason jar, and seeing a fresh load of coffee beans get delivered.
