Just passing through town and stopped here for breakfast. Easily one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Service was friendly, my bacon and eggs were tasty with ample on the plate, the coffee was very nice, their own cold brew coffee in bottles which we took for on the road was nice too, plus we bought a loaf of bread which is exceptionally fluffy and tasty bread. I'd recommend this bakery.

Open from 5am. Great for travellers passing by. Amazing selection of baked goods and an ideal stop for breakfast on the road. If in a rush, there are plenty of prepared toasties and assorted rolls to choose from. There is a drive through entry for convenience. The coffee and chai is excellent and they have a variety of non-dairy milk alternatives. Probably the best stop in town if in the run.

These cafe/bakery is open super early in the morning. And has the best hot box/takeaway breakfast in town although a bit pricey .they have this like breakfast wrap, eggs benedict roll and more of the like. They also have a very good coffee ☕

Made a first time home delivery tonight because i was craving something different. Ordered a mince burger and some chicken chips and I was surprised when they delivered my order because they gave me a donut as a FREEBIE! I was so excited and the food is delicious! I’ve lived in Bilo for a fair while and this really surprised me and made my night! Thank you Rise the Bakehouse! Definitely going to make another order again!

Great customer experience. I was visiting Biloela and the first coffee was fantastic the complementary bun was an awesome gesture. That small thing has made a huge impact. The second was just as good only this time it was a complementary mini scone, how awesome is that. I will be back. Thank you.

Amazing savoury mince toastie!!!! Every meal I've had here as been beyond satisfactory. Do feel they are a bit high on pricing though, and may be reason enough for us not to go there as often as we'd like but when we do it's always a pleasure. Staff is mostly friendly, but everyone has their bad days right :) definitely recommend!!!

Handy breakfast stop on the inland route from Rockhampton to the South. Offered fresh egg and bacon rolls even though there were some already prepared. Well done and very appetising. Coffee was just right, which is often hard to find in country cafes. Noted as a breakfast venue for future trips south from Rockhampton.
