Ideal place for rail lovers to have a tasty meal by reading some historical information about Toowoomba rail line. English breakfast is superb. Highly recommended.

Just such a beautiful, relaxed setting, very friendly staff, good cakes and coffee. We'll worth the trip.

Beautiful location. Serene and green. Cafe drink prices were a bit pricey but for an occasional visit highly recommended

The place was stunning the food was awesome and the staff were so friendly this place is a must. Remember to take jumper in the cooler months.
K. W.
Customer service stopped me giving this place 5 stars but the food and location were second to none. Maybe a smile and a welcome would make this 5 stars

Delicious sweet treats enjoyed with family and friends in the prettiest, most relaxing spot amongst an outstanding garden. The aromas of the kitchen mingled with the scent of so many plants in full bloom. Divine experience.

We had a top time here. There was also a playground for the kids which is always a win. Great service at the café.
S. J.
Pretty good. The only problem is that so many people love it and it is hard to buy the tickets for the trip
B. B.
Really well maintained, food was very good. Almst tropical look and feel, well worth a visit.
R. J.
Lovely cafe in a historic setting. Very pleasant.

Spring Bluff, my old home from 1966-1989. Now I live in Bondi NSW with my Son Lachlan and Wife Simone ❤

It's a great place to visit and if you're lucky and get there about 11:30 you'll see the trains

Went here last Sunday. Very nice atmosphere in a beautiful location next to the train line. Heard that the pancakes were great and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly. Was not too busy but there were other travellers there. For some reason the bugs were not that bad and the cafe was ventilated with open doors and windows. Each area is decorated differently. Feels more like you are visiting someone’s home. Since we were there before Christmas, there were plenty of interesting decorations. Lunch was delicious. Surprisingly good.

The venue was a true delight. We joined two tables for a party of 6 and they didn't mind....Service was timely, food arrived and presented well. Loved the bottle of maple syrup...over indulged 😋 the friends and company was fantastic! My coffee surprise was very very tastey and scrumptious!!

Gorgeous sunny day in Toowoomba and surrounds today when I visited. It is a beautiful and historic spot. It would of been amazing if a steam train had rolled in!
I bought 2 beautiful local paintings there which I have now hung up in my house. Very happy.
J. S.
Lovely setting and the pancakes are so delicious 👍
M. E.
The place itself is beautiful but definitely not set up for the huge numbers at Carnival time. Takes so long to disembark the train as only one door is open to the platform. There is only 2 main male and female toilets available for hundreds of people.
M. R.
Quite a nice setting. Food was ok but quite expensive for what we received. I guess you pay for the experience and The location. Lovely flowers but the whole area really need some rain . Fingers crossed for the whole area

This establishment deserves a 5, but the climb for the elderly is a little hard especially when disabled. We enjoyed the service and the scones are something you would kill for. The owner has a infectious way of passing on the info of the area. Next year we must take the train ride down during the Toowoomba flower festival.

As a dutch person in Toowoomba I call this place my second home. I love the way they have captured the delicious treats of the Netherlands. Staff is friendly, prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere as a whole is nice.
C.
The place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However the coffee we found to be fairly strange tasting. The food was ok, however the food in the cabinet was partially stale. Great scones though.
C. S.
Lovely little historical cottage. Has a very old feeling to it but that's apart of the charm. Limited menu with indoor & outdoor dining. Some space for kids to play also.
V. W.
We visited Spring Bluff train station to fill a bit of time and were very glad we did. Accolades to those responsible for the exquisite gardens and the general upkeep of this quaint little station. It was closed when we visited but I've no doubt we will call in again.

As far as pancakes go, could have been thicker and fluffier. Coffee was ok.
Nice setting and the atmosphere of the occasional train is a welcome ambiance from the CBD.
P. M.
Excellent gluten free pikeletts, with fresh cream and yummy jam. Every bite a delight. and a scrumptious bavarian tart, think a tart as thick as a sponge cake. Tremendous value. Beautiful surroundings amidst an avain choir.
M. I.
Beautiful spot for a bit of lunch
G. B.
Fantastic Pancake Cottage lots of gluten free choices not just the usual Orange & Almond cake. Very pretty historic train station great for picnic too. Must visit when in Toowoomba.
C. B.
Enjoyed Dutch Apple pancake, superb. Lovely setting peaceful even saw a coal train go through. Enjoyed the history of the place. Worth the drive to get there.
S. H.
Beautiful gardens and picnic areas, cafe is well run and food is tasty and good quality. And you might even see a coal train or 2 pass through on there way to Brisbane port.
L. S.
Beautiful location with a park, bush walk and bbq areas.

Worth a look around the train station. Has picnic tables, BBQ, childrens play area.. Didn't have time to visit the Cafe but will definitely be back to try the pancakes 😁

Excellent coffee, beautiful folk and flowers, and my oh my! The burgers and waffles with strawberries & cream...oh and the choc chilli sauce! A detour worth taking loved it@
P. S.
I recommend a visit. Especially if you like a relaxing atmosphere. The coffee shop was a pleasant surprise and if your lucky enough you might even see a train go through. Allow atleast an hour for the visit.

Today is Canaveral of flowers and the cafe is swamped with people. Normally this is a quite and peaceful place to enjoy great coffee and beautiful home made cakes .

A tasty treat to be had at the Spring Bluff Cafe. Magnificent Australian bush and birds and you might be lucky enough to be there as a train comes slowly up the track to the Bluff.
