Serve great range of coffee and a good variety of fresh & tasty food. Took 1 star off as often the background music is turned up way too loud where it can then be difficult to hold conversations during dining or trying to enjoy the coffee.

Sort of out of the public view but it's a real Statbucks and it's in the inner southern suburbs . As for all Starbucks it's great coffee . I'm editing this as am now an inpatient at the PA. I hadn't noticed prior but this is a very big shop and there is a huge amount of seating . I'm trying their new macciato with caramel and uts as usual the best coffee in Australia from a chain by far . I struggle to comprehend it's failure to shine in Australia. The staff ; in one word : outstanding ! Today's experience put this shop from 4 to 5 stars because the staff are all over their coffee suggesting this new recipe to me with his word - you not like it then I'll give your usual . Thanks guys well done..

I give this Starbucks at the PA hospital five stars the simple reason it is always chockers full and busy and the staff are always remain polite professional and helpful the hot drinks and cold drinks are always good 10 out 10 . Food wise ID probably give it a 5 out of 10 I am not really fust on their food range it's not always that tastey your fresh in my opinion. The staff and their teamwork get the thumbs up. 👍🤗👏

I love this Starbucks. It's provided me with solace and sweet caffeine during some incredibly long hours at various bedsides. Staff are always very understanding and patient with my sleep- and caffeine-deprived mumbling requests for coffee.

Used to be Favourite place to come in for a coffee. Then today, ( 15/052019 ) I went there ordering green tea fraps. ( I used to order as “ Matcha “ ) but sometimes I got “ Mocha “ instead so this time I decided to say “ Green Tea Fraps “. Then the lady on the counter took and order ( she’s aussie with dark brown hair ) I’d like my drinks no cream etc but she kept asking what’s my name even I’m not done ordering which ok it was fine but she has AN ATTITUDE. Then she was like ok was it fraps or latte. I said Fraps. Then I waited. When i got the drink it wasn’t even full?!!!!? This is the third time that my drink wasn’t full at all and yes I don’t want to go back and talk with that attitude staff. I’m also working in an hospitality and I understand Sometimes people have a bad days but girl... you are the face of the company you have to make sure you’re doing the best for customer! I wish starbucks could train their staffs more propperly.

Great service and really good staff, they have a great variety of tasty takeaways and the service is quick. You only have to see the number of hospital staff that go there and that speaks for itself when you consider that there is also another takeaway outlet that is right along side.

Coffee is not great. Often tastes burnt, too much water or too bitter. They are unable to make a traditional flat white but once I was able to talk them through it and it was pretty good considering their machine can't do ristretto shots so it has to be done manually using espresso shots. Most drinks on the menu are loaded with sugar which I find so surprising in this day and age. Even their US stores have more offerings on the healthy side. It's a nice enough environment but I have to ask them to wipe down the tables as they are often dirty and sticky. My mum loves the place so I take her often when she is in hospital and it lifts her spirits. Most staff are really good and try to go the extra mile.

I don't know why this place gets such a bad rap. It's literally the busiest Starbucks in Brisbane and I think they handle it well. Staff are always up front about wait times and quality of coffee has improved immensely over the last 2 years. Everyone is consistently lovely to me, and I can always see someone harried about bussing tables. Maybe because I can still recall my barista days I'm more empathetic; my experience is always pleasant at worst. Personally I love it and find the coffee far more consistent in quality than the cafeteria. Catalyst coffee is overrated and often too bitter.
