I’m always impressed with the friendliness and service at DFO Jindalee Coffee Club. ALL the staff are amazing, however, some days they are just plan exceptional. Recently there were three staff working a Sunday morning when they were absolutely slammed by the number of customers. The team worked together, kept good spirits and attended to everyone as efficiently as possible. The pressure eased once the 10am staff arrived. Well done to all concerned!

I get my morning coffee everyday from DFO Jindalee. The staff are lovely, the service fantastic, the coffee is delicious! I sometimes grab lunch too & am always fully satisfied. It’s been almost 3 yrs of fabulous service everyday, & I truly appreciate all the smiles & laughs along the way! Went shopping this morning and decided to have breakfast and a coffee with my mum. The service was great. Food was very fresh and had a lot of taste. My mum enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely be coming back :)

We went for lunch after shopping and had a nice experience. Placed our contactless order through the app, seemed easy enough. Our waiter was nice, the tall young guy. The only downside was they ran out of the oreo drink which was disappointing and something you wouldn't think could happen.

Visited to catch up with a girlfriend for coffee. Of course the usual Coffee Club menu was their offering an extensive range of breakfast and lunch style dishes. Currently they are also offering cold lattes which are served in high glasses with loads of ice. (Not a lot of liquid to drink but you can chew on the melted ice if that is your thing). We decided to share a big breakfast as this was 10.15am and we are small ladies. Despite the current up grades to DFO the cafe was fairly full with older clients and a group from the local fitness club. The area was clean. Some of the chairs are very uncomfortable and don't allow you to sit up to eat. Our breakfast arrived without the two plates to eat from that my friend requested when she ordered and which was oked at the time. When she requested 2 plates politely from the waitress there was no response but she returned with one plate. My friend requested a second plate which was meet with an eye roll from the waitresses! My friend was clearly taken back at the rude response that was directed at her to the extent she felt it necessary to apologise to me for the disruption!!! Appaling ! If one can't serve politely in the service hospitality industry don't work there! The second plate was delivered. The breakfast was all presented and nicely cooked, certainly plenty to eat for $23. Two eggs, mushroom, spinach, sour dough toast , 3 small chipolata sausages, a hash brown, and tiny pot of baked beans and plenty of crispy bacon. (see my photo). Unfortunately we sat with empty plates for well over an hour despite staff clearing other tables. We were ignored and still had our table number uncollected. That didn't bother us but seemed a clear message of being ignored... no follow up if there was more food or drinks to come. I ordered coffees to finish which were fine. Pity really good food is spoilt by staff and service problems. Could have been a five star review.

Ordered a eggs benny - bread came out perfectly toasted. Poached eggs were nice and runny just like I like it. Chef looked like a very young lad - keep up the good work. Feels like he pays attention that makes the meals worthwhile eating and enjoyable

We ordered almond milk caps, and a soy babycino and asked specifically if the choc powder was vegan as Miss 3yr old is allergic to dairy, however staff was unsure so we opted for no choc powder. We received order, however we highly doubted that the soy babycino was made from soy, or was cross contaminated with milk as 10 mins later Miss 3 had a reaction of red spots and an extremely sore stomach. Cafe staff really need to take heed when customers specifically request vegan options as allergies are serious. Giving this place three starship the counter staff were nice.

I begin by saying how sorry I feel for the owners who are trying to run a restaurant in a building sight . The service therefore is amazing. They are trying so hard to look after every customer who makes the effort to search the cafe out. Food is standard coffee club. But coffee is above the average club. Served by Ashlyn about 5 minutes ago. She was alert, assertive and very friendly. The Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year period is hard for any hospitality and retail worker, but not for Ashlyn. Just needs work in both service, food and layout. It just felt tired. Nothing bad but I would say it was “Blah”. If it was my mum I would say get a haircut and a colour. Was always told to get that done and it’s like you’ve had a holiday.
