Excellent service, lovely people, but the food and cleanliness of the crockery was not. The dirt on the coffee saucer is visible in the attached pic, and the bacon and egg "panini" was literally that - bacon and egg - no butter, no spinach, just dry bread. The coffee was very weak too.

16/06/21 at 0900hrs, thought my wife and I would have a little breaky date. We ordered two burgers and two hot chocolates. I have to say the service by Shawn and another guy that looks like Eric Banner (sorry man you didn’t have a name tag and I thought you might be the manager) was absolutely impeccable. I watched as another customer before me was very difficult towards them but then they were straight up smiles with me. The food was also very very nice. Great work guys! If you’re chasing good food and even better service, don’t forget to drop in and check them out!

The food in Coffee Clubs in general is not my favourite, usually is a bit plain and lacks of care.. eg.. scrambled eggs are microwaved. But the guys in this specific shop are amazingly kind and happy, is such a good vibes that makes you wanting going back..

I have been to this Coffee Club a few times and the meals have been great including the milkshakes BUT the other day I was horrified to what I saw. I was waiting for a milkshake and the Pest Control man was inside , behind the counter spraying in and around the place and under counters etc. Then he put the long sprayer arm up the wall corners and ceiling only to have the spray drift down on to benches/glasses/cups/coffee machines and he then walked into the kitchen where they were preparing food and sprayed in there and above food being prepared! Even if there wasnt food there , there should be no spraying within working areas. Think of it this way. you are in your kitchen and I come in spraying for flies! :-(

Waited 23 minutes for this..... "Balsamic mushrooms, melted Brie and poached egg". balsamic , not pesto. And what Brie? However, the chef is very responsive to my queries and offer to remedy my experience with coffee and some extra haloumi. The customer service from chef is highly appreciative. Hence rating changed from 1 to 3 stars.
