My son, daughter and I had a wonderful afternoon experience learning about coffee from the variety of beans (raw to fermented), roasting technique and , and the art of making the perfect espresso and café latte. (We need a lot more practice!) Despite being a perfectionist himself in all things ‘coffee’, Michael was very patient and encouraging and we had lots of hands on practice. This course is suitable if you just want to make great coffee at home or if you want to start the journey of learning the art for work in good cafés.

Awesome! We booked a barista course for our Coffee addicted Dad for his birthday. This was the gift that will keep on giving as his home brews will now be certified excellence. Justin did an excellent job of making it a fun arvo and was extremely knowledgeable. Shaun was extremely accommodating for the 3 of us to undertake the training for a great birthday experience. This training was not the usual "grind", get yourself down there on the "double", give it a "shot" and "extract" your potential. P.S Don't be like my little bro, make sure to clean your steam wand, not sure why he can't respect the coffee game! 🤷‍♂️

We ordered a coffee station and barista for my brother's wedding - what a great idea! The coffee was brilliant and the barista (Tally) was friendly and professional. Tally even started doing eatable art - including a bunny design on my coffee. Couldn't recommendation any higher.

It was a true delight! Shaun and Justin are amazing, they walked me through the roastery and allowed me to see their entire range of beans. Really, you can't get better than this! I bought a kilo of the Colombia Popayan and a kilo of the Honduras Mary Nery Marquez "El Liquidamber" at a great price; came home, grounded some beans, tasted it and hmmmyummm... mind blogging! Great, great quality. Visit the roastery in Mitchell, or their espresso bar in Northbourne Ave. Thank you guys! Looking forward to the next brew!

Did the intermediate barista course with Justin and it was awesome! His teaching style truly shows his passion and expertise, and the pacing of activities was great. I had so much fun and fully recommend the course!

Excellent customer service and fantastic coffee beans at reasonable price. I regularly buy their espresso blend whole beans for my automatic Jura coffee machine at home and everyone abosolutely loves the taste and quality of this coffee. They are passionate about coffee and not afraid of experimenting new coffee blends as well. Really appreciate your work and thank you.

A bit hard to find but the guys there are great. They know their coffee and have a good range of products and appliances. Good set up for onsite learning. Look out for the building with the black paint and head to the back

Just completed a barista training course with Shaun. I honestly could not have had a better experience. Shaun was super friendly and was able to relay information in a way that was easy to understand. I had so much fun! Highly recommend!
